Charlotte Doherty really helped push my sale through by keeping everyone updated and super responsive with emails, with out her this chain potentially could've collapsed so massive thank you. Also Jack who is part of the sales team was very knowledgeable and helped me view this flat which was not on my viewing books.

The whole team did an amazing job but I must say that without Charlotte the whole process It would have taken a lot longer. She was absolutely amazing, always quick to reply and help with any problems. There are no words to thank her for all the hard work

Having sold a property through Brown and Merry, I would certainly recommend them. Of particular note was their helpful nature and responsiveness to queries or concerns. I never had an issue getting hold of them and all of my queries were answered quickly and comprehensively. WASTE OF TIME. Waited on a video for a property in watermead Aylesbury for 2 weeks from agent James, emailed and called number of times with no reply very unprofessional agent. Have now found perfect place with another agency Alexander & Co just sorry i wasted so long with chancellors please don't waste yours.

Had an eye on a house for over a month, tried to get a viewing. got cancelled twice without even getting a call. I had to call myself to see if the viewings were going ahead or not, or I would have turned up with no viewing. Eventually they did a round of viewing, and didn't bother calling and including me on the viewing. The house had offer come in for the house and it left me fuming that I didn't get the chance to do so myself.

I highly recommend Amy Woolley on the sales team. Aside from successfully selling two properties for me she has gone above and beyond to help smooth the transition ahead of completion. Without her no doubt the process would have been fraught with major setbacks. Ask for Amy to represent you and you won't regret it! Thanks again Amy!

When you are dealing with two chaps called Tom and Terry, you might think that you would have to keep chasing them to get anywhere (Think Tom and Jerry cartoon). Or would you believe their wives are called Barbara and Margot? That's one for the older viewers wanting "The Good Life" But to cut a long review just a bit shorter and more to the point, I found both Terry and Tom, always contactable, ever willing to keep me "in the loop" and always pleased to help hurry my sale along. When we met Terry at the property I had for sale I found him friendly, professional, and down to earth. Very willing to get my business, and wanting to go the extra mile. They made my decision of what agent to use very easy.... Coopers! No no, I felt very at ease with them and confident they would do a good job. Of course the proof of the pudding is in the eating. And I do like my puds! They presented the property well, taking care to get the best photos in the best conditions, always informed me of viewings, and when the right person came along, completed the sale for me efficiently and as quickly as current conditions allow. Neil Douglas are a great Block Management Company to work with. Their Property Managers are proactive as well as reactive and they are communicative, efficient and friendly. They like to get the job done but are also fair with the contractors they work with. If you are currently searching for a Managing Agent I would absolutely recommend giving them a call.

Shame I can't leave a 0 star rating. Please think carefully before being a tenant with Purfect Properties. Doesn't know how to manage properties. Repairs get done shoddily, lack of communication, only put deposit into scheme after I kept badgering him otherwise wouldn't have been done. Asked if we could do things, said yes then backtracked. Terrible letting agent, DO NOT trust him. Please make sure to look for Derek Hall in Google and you will fing he's been struck off twice for letting properties

I sold and bought my new property through Wentworth. My house had been on the market for quite a while before I went to Wentworth and they found me a buyer within 2 weeks. Having already looked at several properties they found me a good extra selection to view, one of which I chose. Whilst I dealt primarily with Rebecca and Gareth I found the whole team professional and extremely obliging.
