Mashroom
21 Navigation Business Village Navigation Way, Preston, Lancashire, North West, England, PR2 2YP
Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.
Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!
User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.
A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.
Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

Gibbs Gillespie - Amersham
Chalfont Court, 5 Hill Ave, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, South East, England, HP6 5BD
We have just sold our maisonette through Sophie at Gibbs Gillespie, she really has been so professional, friendly and helpful and made our process stress free 😃
Amy of Gibbs Gillespie and her team have been fantastic. Very professional, found tenants quickly. Overall very happy!
Experience with rental process as a tenant - I have had a great experience with Gibbs. From the moment of first seeing (my dream!) property, Alfie and Amy were both really responsive and kept me informed all the way, answered all my questions and they were really helpful and supportive with everything throughout the referencing process. Shannon was also lovely and again really professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this branch. I have dealt with some estate agents in the past, but nothing can compare to Gibbs. Well done to the team for their excellent work. Hajni
As first time buyers we found Sophie to be very helpful and always had quick answers for all our questions. She was exactly what we needed and made the process of viewing and making offers very easy for us. Far better than other estate agents we dealt with at various viewings.
My partner and I just started our journey with this agency and we were overwhelmed by their positivity and professionalism. Sophie and Shannon were very helpful and responsive at any time ( I apologies if I was a pain!). We managed to see, secure and sign the contract to rent a flat in less than 72 hours and thanks to their ingenious system we didn't have to travel back and forward to their office. A company that truly understand the importance of their clients safety and the value of their time. Thank you, team and special thank you for Sophie and Shannon, real assets for the company.

Hydegate Estates
77 Sycamore Rd, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, South East, England, HP6 5EJ
Me and my partner have been using Hydegate for around 2 years in our rental and they have been nothing but professional and helpful during the course of our tenancy. Michael especially, really helped use during our move and made it less stressful in the process. Would recommend!
We have been renting a property from Hydegate Estates for a few years and in this time, we have always found Hydegate to be very professional and always quickly respond to any of our questions or issues we have reported. Any issues have always been dealt with very quickly and efficiently. For example, we recently asked a question find out if it would be possible for us to have some chickens in our garden. Our wish was resolved in a day! We now have some chickens!
Consistent good service is what we like to get, and this is what we have been getting throughout our years of dealing with Hydegate Estates. We have called on their knowledge and experience many times, and their sound advice has so far always proved to be right. Michael, just like Paul and Marie before him, is very personable and highly professional, and we appreciate the personal service he and his team have consistently given us.
I am very pleased with the service, I would highly recommend to any tenant or landlord. Super friendly and helpful as well - I'd recommend Eddie and Michael. You're in safe hands with them! Eddie adapts to change quickly, showing resilience while offering great service. Many thanks! :)
I am new to property ownership and have been dealing with Michael at Hydegate Estates in Amersham. I am "learning the ropes" and Michael had been kind, patient, helpful and very professional in my dealings with him. He keeps me up to date with all developments and gives helpful advice when needed. Sara from the maintenance team has also been a great help. I would recommend them. Michael goes above and beyond what I imagine is his usual remit to help me to understand how to keep our tenants happy, (which is our priority) and in business decisions. Thank you - excellent.

Chancellors - Amersham
14A Hill Ave, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, South East, England, HP6 5BW
I could do with no reviews if there was an option. I was shown property and since then there was no follow up at all. I ended up chasing negotiator almost daily basis for a response or update on the offer, but every time I used to get someone saying negotiator is busy and will get back when he could. It totally felt like banging my head against the brick wall. I would not recommend to use Amersham branch at all.
The only positive experience I had when I dealt with Chancellors was with Helen she was very professional. Unfortunately she forgot to mention that she would not be personally dealing with the sale of our property. This was passed to another member of staff called Kate. Kate was a pleasant enough person but it soon became apparent that she didn’t come across as very confident in selling houses. She kept on asking me the same questions so this of course put doubt in my head with regards to her ability. After being told that they vet all their clients viewing properties we had two/three failed viewings - the clients didn’t turn up and no explanation was provided by Chancellors. Also there were two failed sales, first one, the couple put in an offer then two days later withdrew this offer but no explanation was given. With regards to the second one, the proceedings went as far as exchange at which point the buyer pulled out because they were wrongly informed of information about the property by Kate at the point of viewing. The buyer then tried to get his money reimbursed from us with regards to his surveyors report because of confidential information that he had received from Chancellors, I can only presume from Kate. However this information was not signed by me so Kate & Chancellors had produced information about my property that was incorrect & then tried to say that I had agreed to this. My Solicitors soon pointed this out to the buyer. Also the dealings I had with Chancellors head Office was the worst customer service that I have had by any company/person in about 20years. Anyway I left Chancellors after this incident (5 months in) and went with a local high street agent. The experience I had with the local high street agent was so much different .... it was excellent customer service .... within 24hrs of my property being up for sale, viewings were booked and it was sold within four days! My advice, don’t deal with Chancellors, take your business elsewhere, you won’t regret it.
The experience I have received from Jacob Glover at Chancellors in Amersham is second to none. He went the extra mile to ensure that we had everything in place for a smooth move in. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jacob and Chancellors to anyone searching for a property in the area.
Charlotte Perry estate agent is amazing. Always cheerful and willing to go the extra mile for me. She grasped what I wanted in a small house straight away and kept me on her 'radar' all the time - to be remembered is a key element in her delivery of service. Now she has found me a wonderful little property which is just what I wanted. Thank you Charlotte - I shall recommend (have done already) you to others who are looking to buy.
Charlotte at Chancellors Amersham was absolutely wonderful. Finding a house is so stressful and complicated but she made the experience so much easier. She was so honest and helpful and I really trusted and appreciated everything she did for us.

Frost Partnership - Amersham
61 Hill Ave, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, South East, England, HP6 5BX
Don’t normally write reviews but had to say something. I’ve been calling the office all week to arrange a house viewing. I’ve emailed, phoned and left countless messages. I’ve heard nothing, not even an email back saying we’re looking into it. Do they actually want to sell a house? Poor quality service, I’d never use them. Since posting this review: I’ve had a really pleasant conversation with Andrew Windeler; who apologised for what happened. I have to say he was very professional and courteous. He left me feeling valued as a customer. I think this was a one off situation and it’s being looked at further. However, I think it’s important it’s captured. I had to up my star rating because Andrew handled the situation perfectly.
Andrew Holdsworth and his Amersham team where kind, efficient and showed infinite patience in helping me with all my questions and queries. They both sold our family home and helped me to find a new one. They guided me through big decisions with expertise and humour, and were unfailingly supportive. They were cheerful and welcoming and never seemed to mind that I was in and out of their office like a yo yo with constant questions and seeking reassurance. I was very grateful for all their help and support and would unhesitatingly recommend them to a friend who was considering buying or selling a house. Sue Lindsay
Professional and responsive from start to finish of our property purchase. Special thanks to Andrew in the Amersham office, who was on hand to assist with any queries throughout the process and dealt with them all in a timely and constructive manner. I found Frost personnel to be always courteous and transparent and would recommend
Andrew sold our property in Amersham recently. It was not an easy sale and at times really stressful due to the first buyer pulling out just before exchange. He never lost his positivity and stayed calm and professional. Thank you so much Andrew. Would highly recommend!!
Very friendly professional team. They kept in regular contact and updates and always responded to any enquiries promptly. Above and beyond with help and advice and made the selling and buying of my properties problem free. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a honest honourable professional agent.

Hadlands
17 Chesham Rd, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, South East, England, HP6 5HN
I've just moved in to a rental property and I've had a good experience so far. I found some issues on arrival and Mark sent a lovely handiman (Martin) who was friendly and fixed the issues I had. The contrasts sharply with my previous landlord who took weeks/months to fix problems! I always appreciate good service :)
Exceptional service from both Keith & Suzy with our recent move. Very easy to do business with and they also went the extra mile to understand what we wanted, then made it happen.
For the last 12 years Hadlands have let my rental property for me. Their knowledge of the local market has meant they give accurate valuations which result in suitable tenants without void periods, even when the rental market is slow. Recently when I came to sell the property I had the same helpful and efficient service I have come to rely on from them. Hadlands have always been professional, both in letting my property and when selling it. They have been there with advice and assistance when needed and I will always be grateful for the help they have given me over the years. I highly recommend them for the excellent service I have received.
We recently sold our property with Hadlands. George dealt with the sale and was reliable, professional and friendly from start to finish. He took great pictures and gave an accurate valuation of the property. He also went above and beyond to find answers for potential buyers and took the time to get to know details about the property. He was also happy to work around an awkward viewing schedule due to us having young children. Great local company with local knowledge. Would highly recommend.
I’ve seen a lot of Estate Agents recently and have to say that Keith at Hadlands provided an excellent service and was by far the most professional, polite, helpful & efficient Agent I encountered. I would highly recommend them, especially given the pandemic challenges whilst moving. I felt safe and reassured that robust protocols were in place. Thank you Keith!

John Nash & Co
31 Hill Ave, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, South East, England, HP6 5BX
Do not use. Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst rental experience we've ever had. Landlord was useless - none of our issues were fixed quickly and the letting agent made no real progress on any of the issues even though we chased multiple times per month. We ended the contract asap and decided to rent through another agency. When we collected the keys the house hadn't been cleaned even though there was a two week gap between tenants. The kitchen cupboards contained empty bottles of alcohol and everywhere was dirty. After chasing on the issues we were experiencing (broken toilet flush / no wardrobes / no keys for windows / leaking ceiling / no bins) the letting agent was actually quite rude and unprofessional. Considering we were spending a considerable sum each month this was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, they even tried (unsuccessfully) to deduct some of our deposit at the end of the tenancy. No idea where the good reviews came from, maybe if you were buying they would be ok but after our experience I wouldn't risk it. Renting was bad enough so would definitely not buy with John Nash.
Tried to arrange a viewing and the estate agent said the client’s husband had been taken critically ill that day and the property was being taken off the market. A week later, the property was still on the market and I called to see if there were any updates, and was informed the property had gone under offer... Why would you make up something such as your clients being critically ill? Very strange!
I was a tenant of John Nash in Amersham for around 5 1/2 years. I found the team to be very friendly and, whilst they were quick to resolve any issues that arose they also left me alone to enjoy my tenancy without interference I've rented for many years and they are one of the best Agencies I've had to deal with. When my current circumstances change, I shall definitely be contacting them to see if I can rent another property through them.
I bought my home in Amersham from Ian 24 years ago and received excellent service. This year (through lockdown) John Nash sold my home. The service and communication I received was outstanding. All the staff are helpful but a special thank you to Ian and Denise.
I used this agency to view some flats in the centre of Amersham last summer- the lady who took me to all the viewings (Sharon) was very friendly and helpful. I would go back to them when we'll be searching again.
