Had a really quick response to a property we were interested in renting and was able to get a viewing the same day. Elizabeth met us at the property and showed us around. Once we decided to go for this property, everything was so quick and smooth. Elizabeth was super friendly and helpful and was clear about everything!

Myself & my partner bought our first house together through Sansome George. I would highly recommended them, the viewing was exceptionally undertaken by Lewis Kapp, great spiel and professional manner. Once our offer was accepted we dealt with Helyn, which was very smooth, until we completed the purchase. We'd look to use Sansome George in the future when the time comes to sell-up. I have rented & lived in a lovely Victorian property in Reading through S & G for the last 5 years and I can’t recommend them enough in terms of as a tenant. Everything we ever asked for was done with no hassle and service with a smile. I would highly recommend Paul, Georgee, Nicole & most recently Leah who have been personable and helpful throughout my tenancy. I rented through another agency before moving over with S & G and the experience I had with that agency was night and day with this one. Keep up the good work S & G and sorry to be leaving you!

The agency is the absolute worse there is. They have not done anything during our tenancy other than the initial contract. We had to get in touch with the landlord directly. We renewed our tenancy via the landlord and V. was not even aware of this new contract, however, they somehow popped back into the picture at the end of tenancy and wanted to charge us for some outrageous things. E.g. we handed back the keys early and they wanted to charge us for late returns. There were no stained carpets, somehow they thought there were. Then they could not prove. I suggest you avoid them as best as you can. UPDATE: Since I cannot reply on the comment, here it is. That you have no record of our contract is further proof of your how unprofessionally you are running this business. I did not confuse you with another agency and I have documents to prove my statements. It was a neat trick that you tried to pull this off. Too bad it did not work.

These agents entered into the house without my permission

I had a question about the local area and called them this week, a nice lady answered the phone, was not in a rush to hang up despite the fact I said I'm inquiring about the area and had several questions, she was happy to answer. This is COVID19 climate and yet this company seems to do its best to help customers - I tried several others who didn't answer and were quick to hang up ... honestly I am not sure why they got so many bad reviews - but I had a good experience and got a good vibe from them - hence I'm giving them a 5/5 review. Thanks!

Unreliable company. Lost my time and nerves. Once I provided the signed documents and paid the deposit to remove the property from the market, they have changed the price of the monthly rent from £795 to £895.
