3 letting agents in Thatcham

Had a bad experience with one of their clients being racist! Even though outstanding references were given and a high standing guarantor once the client had spoken to the potential tenant and realised the race of the tenant they then declined. Absolutely disgusting how they can have such clients! Beware!!!!!

I have been very favourably impressed by the service given by Chancellors in Thatcham regarding the sale of my property. My estate agents, Georgina and Giles, kept me informed at all times of what was happening up to the point of sale, subject to contract. Thereafter, Gareth Walsh kept me updated regularly on the progress of the legal work involved in the sale. He was diligent, courteous and helpful at all times. My less than satisfactory experience of buying only served to highlight what an excellent service Chancellors provided. Thank you all.

Not a lot there not alot of animals found one member of staff rude

As a tenant of 3 years I experienced many repair and pest issues, a number of items were never fixed or temp fixes put in place that kept failing despite verbal assurances otherwise. Not a good service for tenants.They blame the landlords and the issues continue. Avoid if possible, if you have to use them then document everything in writing as the verbal communication does not reflect what they put on writing.

First place i got is with henwick properties! Nothing but help and advise along the way! Highly recommend talking to Glynn Davies ! This man will go to the moon and back for you to get you a new home or getting settled in! Any issies you may occur during your new home ,all you need to do is message him no matter the time or day and he will respond! What a absolute saint me and my family would like to thank the team and expecially glynn for all the help ! 10 stars from.me !
