I was skeptical at first but they found me a tenant within 24 hours. One viewing and we had an offer for full asking price. An absolute record breaker!

The initial contact was great and I was quite impressed by that. Everything after? Absolutely awful. Non responses, random people turning up to my property for viewings with no warning or contact, they say they will be in touch but never are, they do not call when they say they will, emails are scarce, etc. I managed to arrange more viewings than they did through personal contacts, so that should say a lot... The only reason I am even bothering to write this review (which I'd much rather not have to worry about doing) is because they are sending me texts and emails for appointments with them that I never even requested now, nor do I want - just winding me up now.

Worst estate agents we have ever come across. 1 star is being too generous. Maidenhead branch got closed and moved to Slough. Big mistake. Staff are non-responsive and extremely unprofessional. No show of an arranged viewing. Had to chase up what had happened - never heard anything more. I even phoned Head Office to give complaint and give feedback to the Area Director. Someone took my message but didn't get any acknowledgement or response from them either. Had to request 3 times for property to be removed from Rightmove. Not to be recommended.

I dealt with Amarit - he was excellent in assisting us on renting and the related procedures. He replied over the emails/phones and kept us up to date.

Connells Real estate were incredibly helpful and professional and worked very hard to meet the needs I was looking for in a property. Professional team, Amarit made all the paperwork really easy, very transparent. Thank you to the whole team.

I tried calling the lettings team several times, there’s never anyone there. The person taking my call promises to send a message to the lettings agent yet they never get back to me. I’ve left messages through the website with no response either. All agencies are eager to satisfy landlords but when it comes to potential tenants, they aren’t too bothered. They were very prompt to organise a viewing for me for a terrible property though, but when it’s about a better one they just don’t care about getting back to people. Sadly, they’re not the only agency doing this.

I'm very pleased with the services offered by Langhams in my first BTL investment. The team is highly professional and have good understanding about Slough. The initial viewings were arranged by John who was always punctual and responsive to my inquiries. When the sale was agreed, the Partner (Raj) was personally involved in overlooking the buying process. He was very approachable and working with the solicitors on both sides to keep the ball rolling. I have now contracted with Langhams to manage my property and expect to see similar service levels on the other side of the table. Thanks to the team for all their efforts!

In my experience I have no doubts that it is one of my best experiences. I had to move very quickly since the previous agency left me and my family stranded, a week after leaving the previous house, and when I contacted this agency they were very fast when it came to doing the paperwork, when normal is that take between 5 to 10 days, Pooja the agent was attentive until the day of delivery of keys, and even now she is careful that everything is fine in the building.

I really want to thank Lee Henry for all his help with the sale of my property, for keeping me updated and for all his assistance with any queries I had. For his constant aim to sell the property and the constant viewings despite the Pandemic. I am so relieved to have sold the house. I want to thank Lee Moss who was also involved with the sale. Fortunately for me, i liked the very first property i viewed and submitted a bid for the property immediately after viewing. All consultations, paperwork & contractual agreement were finalised within 2 weeks & i was very pleased with the outcome. It's a home away from home. I shifted to Slough for work purposes away from my home country and I was referred to Focus by my colleagues to give a try. My experience from day 1 has been fantastic with Focus team interms of engagement, tenancy agreement, inventory, payments, inspections etc., For the last 4 long years of my stay (New Square, next to High street), Focus had been very responsive and reasonable for all the maintenance issues and addressed them in best possible way. Compared with many other properties I have visited in Slough, I see focus has a large variety to offer and at very competitive pricing . I definitely recommend the readers to give a try with Focus for any property rentals, I am sure you will be writing similar review when you finish your tenancy ....

Very disappointed one of worst state agents in slough

Hello guys this is my request to everyone try not to use this company I really have worst experience if I say one the worst company in Slough I’m not wrong the guy who’s sat there he is very rude and ridiculous behaviour with people try to avoid with any cost as soon as your contract ends he start playing that he somehow have he don’t want to pay your deposit back so avoid. avoid at all.

Avoid at all costs. Used them to rent my property and they gave my deposit back to the tenant while he was still living there as he couldn’t afford to pay his rent one month. When I complained they cancelled my contract and left me to deal with the mess. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Amazing people to deal with, especially as a 1st time buyer helped me through the whole process, if I’m ever back on the market, will definitely be using these gentlemen again, once again many thanks.

Been having proplems with there tenants above, complained to them numerous of times, they make out it's not there tenates its you!! And its still an on going thing. They no that another 3 people have moved in this 1/2 bed flat so all 5 people are living in there and still nothing is being done!! Not happy!!

This letting agency is out for your money .. From my experience there all talk ... 6mths later then action.... They happily let me and my 2 kids freeze is one of their properties in Slough during last winter with a broken window that wouldn't close and old heaters that wasn't working properly .. The fact that I had to keep begging them to fix these issues is ridiculous, 6mths later they fix the window but never sorted the heaters .... Left my daughters room with no light for ages poor child scared of the dark. She only got to play in her room until it got dark. Money hungry agency!
