How do you expect someone to be interested in an apartment when it is difficult to enter the building by several people who drink alcohol? Especially in times of the corona virus

We chose Frost to sell our house, above three other estate agents we had selected, because they were first to respond and after meeting with David we felt his valuation was realistic and achievable. We liked his honest, helpful and direct approach. Due to Covid we had to do the viewings ourselves but once we received an acceptable offer, the service we received from David and Allison was second to none. Do not deal with these guys. Kiran the manager said our offer was the best but gave the house for the same offer to someone else purely because they bribed her. So if you want a house, bribing works for these guys otherwise you won't get it. Also, make sure it's a decent amount or else they will give it to someone else. Purely unprofessional. And before you say we don't have proof, the house is near us and we know the person. Disgusting behaviour. Seriously they need to sack all of them and rehire some more professional staff. They probably get owners less money for their home as long as the buyer bribes them. 🤦‍♂️

As a nervous first time buyer and cautious to part with my hard earned money, I cannot sing enough praises about the professional and efficient customer service provided by the manager, Kiran Chana, from initial conception to completion. Walked into Langley office and was welcomed by Kiran. Very friendly and answered all my questions but more importantly, I was extremely grateful for the honesty and advice Kiran provided about the pit-falls I hadn’t thought about. I knew I was in safe hands (compared to a couple of other estate agents, who I did not at all feel comfortable with).
