A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. It is my pleasure to write this review for the Sunningdale branch of Romans and especially Iain & Nick. Initially they were very helpful and managed to rent our property quickly with out fuss. Unfortunately our circumstances changed which required a delicate hand and understanding. No task was too much trouble and a resolution was found between landlord and tenant.. I would have no hesitation recommending or using Sunningdale Romans branch in the future.

Having dealt with Rebecca Robinson on many occasions, I have found her to be very efficient, conscientious and professional in all aspects of her job role within Romans. It is so reassuring to have someone who appears to be on the ball and have a passion in what she does. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and she is a credit to the company. May her stay within Romans be long one as she may be difficult to replace.

Our property is managed under the care of Julian Powell. As an expat family in which both my husband and I are lawyers (selling time), time is not a commodity we have much of. Add two busy kids to that perfect storm too. So as things in a house need repairs and/or maintenance, Julian is hands on, following up, providing updates and so forth. He is responsive, practical and always reassuring. Well done Hamptons on great service! AND a big thank you to Julian.

I dealt with Sarah Williams one of the Hamptons lettings negotiators and she was first-class from start to finish. I can't speak more highly of their product, Sarah was always totally professional, friendly and efficient, and she always went the extra mile to help. We dealt with Sarah Williams and the team at Hamptons Sunningdale for our most recent rental. Sarah was enthusiastic, attentive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. Our property maintenance contact Becky called to introduce herself and explain the process if any works were required which was very useful. I was extemley impressed with Hamptons and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or let their property in the future.

It is not often when one comes across a professional in who one can have cause to have complete confidence in. Jenny Wintermeyer has a remarkable combination of; great knowledge, long experience, high intelligence, accuracy on detail, genuine focus on your interests, people awareness, circumstance awareness, hard work, empathy, integrity, strength of personality and the courage to speak the truth and say what needs to be said in a direct yet very polite manner. She is industrious at filtering out all but the best prospects and at a time when you need someone to help minimise the many and various risks she digs to expose and assess unwanted risks. She is patient and easy to work with and manages the complete process end to end brilliantly and I think that it would be difficult to find a better person to do that. This is why I sought her out for the second time finding her at Winkworth Sunningdale and am again very pleased at the result.

Having had a very positive experience selling a house through Winkworth Sunningdale, it made sense to go to them to find a place to rent. Jenny, the lettings manager, was excellent throughout. It had been a long time since I rented a property, but Jenny was so helpful, taking me through the process and admin with a minimum of fuss. She did a great job of securing me the property and completed the transaction in a very professional and efficient manner. I highly recommend the team at Winkworth Sunningdale.

Please do yourself a favour and don't use them! We're having an awful experience of letting our property through Chancellors and frankly I don't know what we're paying the management fee for. The pre-tenancy inspection and inventory were not done until after the tenants had moved in, so we have an incomplete and inaccurate report and inventory, which we've still had to pay for! Perhaps worse still, I've been sucked into discussions with third party providers to deal with this incompetence. I may as well have managed the letting myself. The staff in the Sunningdale office are helpful & courteous but our experience is that once the deal is done, you're left with faceless, slow & inefficient central office service.
