Katie Wild from the first day we spoke was absolutely amazing from her mannerism to her professionalism. I would have given higher star ratings if it were possible. So far through out our dealings with her she has been very knowledgeable, proactive, welcoming, understanding, professional, informative and most of all true to her word. She has made the whole experience of finding a property, helping ensure we are happy with the property and also the whole process of acquiring the property a walk in the park for us. We honestly can not thank her enough and really look forward to keeping in contact with such a trustworthy person in the future. Great service from Haslams. We have been with them for just under three years. Michele has been very responsive and the overall team is great. Rental department on the whole is very reasonable and generally supportive to the tenant. We did have a few issues with the cleanliness standards when we commenced our tenancy but resolved these together swiftly. The staff are friendly, approachable and honest with good communication and service provided. Without doubt the best agency in the area for tenant service. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with this Nandos. New way of ordering in house, where you need to scan menu at your table and then order and pay from your table. Cutlery and sauces and drinks are now brought to you. Ordered at 2:30pm and was eating at 2:33pm (super fast I know) food was piping hot and oh so tasty. Was only supposed to be a light lunch but was tempted to order more. Staff were very attentive and make you feel welcome 5***** all the way.

My wife and I moved to Reading in June 2020 for work and rented a property through Romans on a 12 month contract. Despite the difficulties during these early days of the pandemic, Romans were very communicative and helpful to ensure our move in was as smooth as possible. Having lived in the property for a year, we have continued to receive outstanding service from the staff, in particular our property manager Kimberley who has always been available to answer calls and emails, solving any issues we have come across swiftly and successfully. Overall the entire team have been friendly and considerate to talk to, even now whilst arranging viewings for the next tenants that will move in after our contract ends. It has been very refreshing to deal with an agency who are so thorough and efficient, and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to move into the area.
My property manager is so efficient and helpful that I was impelled to provide some feedback. I had an issue re a leaking water tank and she came to my rescue as always. So a big thank you to Kimberley Garcia Jones, she is a credit to Romans. Please pass on my gratitude for her support and friendly service.
I would like to write my experience with Romans during my time in let property. I was really impressed by fast responses when started with my tenancy, also everything went really easy and smoothly. Sarah (new at move in) and Cameron have been very helpful during the move in period. Though I had an overall negative experience due to the landlord activities, I always felt as though Cameron and Sarah (despite being busy due to the pandemic) were doing everything they could and respected any wishes/concerns I had. I will say communication could have been better around contract set up, I had to be quite proactive at this time. Edit (9 months in toward end of tenancy) - During my time in the tenancy I fell as though Sarah has done the most she can to support me despite having a difficult landlord. I always appreciate this level of support.

I cannot fault Jones Robinson for providing a first class service. They are very proactive, professional and friendly. All staff were committed to the sale of our property and conducted themselves in a polite, respectful manner. We are now settling in to our new home and are very thankful for a stress free experience. Well done Jones Robinson.
Excellent company to do business with, doesn't matter which member of staff as they are all really professional but with a personal touch too, although we always ask for Lettings Manager Sian who never fails us and is always just a call away for advice on Lettings even when it was a family members flat miles in London miles out of the area and with a different agent, this is customer service and going the extra mile. We have used them to find new tenants more than 12 times now, Jones Robinson have always found a tenant for us within a couple of days, 50% of the time within hours of going on the market. They are now perhaps a little more expensive than others but maybe you get what you pay for here.
I spoke with Lucy she is the most kindest professional person I have ever come across she went the extra mile to help me with renting my first property. Made it seem so simple and easy I can't thank her enough. I would recommend using this company especially Lucy.
Had a really good experience from beginning to end. Paul, who showed us round our new property, was really helpful and nice. Paula was really good in terms of the completion of the property and went out of her way to help. The team in the office also came across very friendly and helpful.
Not Stephen, but Rachel [?!] I just wanted to leave a review to commend the service I received as a first time single buyer. I contacted Jones Robinson in May regarding wanting to explore my options and originally spoke to Mollie who went above and beyond for me. In fact, every member of the team I met with and spoke to either over the phone or on email made the whole searching process easy. The calls were informative and helpful, all criteria's were acknowledged and understood so there was no repeating, in a nut-shell they really listened. I originally contacted all other estate agents in the Newbury area and I either got no response or a very, very delayed, lacklustre response. I felt as if the people at Jones Robinson actually cared about the people they were helping to find properties, not just the usual sales jargon! There was no questions that were trouble and every time I engaged with anyone at Jones Robinson I felt that their customer service superseded all other estate agents. I cannot rate them enough. It can be stressful and nerve-wracking buying your own property, especially for the first time independently, but everyone at Jones Robinson were always available to assist. Special mentions to Mollie, who was delightful, thoughtful and made the process a lot less daunting - suggesting a variety of schemes and properties that would be suited to me personally. Also Beth, Amber and Andrew for assisting with getting me booked in and showing me around the properties. Every time I would call up the staff were always cheerful and happy to help, which makes such a big difference. I would also like to commend them for making the viewings possible and easy despite the pandemic as they provided clear guidelines. To reiterate, their cheerfulness in this uncertain time made every viewing a more pleasant experience. Jones Robinson certainly outshone all the other estate agents in Newbury, I will be sure to recommend them and use them again in the future.

The website could be better if the chat bot was removed, as it blocks you from submitting a viewing request, especially when using a smart phone. Generally it is better to call in to book a viewing or ask for further info rather than relying on automated alerts or requests. The negotiator I have been dealing with is helpful and have edited this review, which was previously 1 star, at her request. The thing to bear in mind, as with any letting agent, their priority is to the landlords, not tenants, so it is up to the tenant to be proactive as there are no shortage of applications for desirable properties.
Cauldwell helped my girlfriend and I find a place - they were very good and listened to what we wanted to help us. The agent bought some personality to the process, we never felt like 'just a number'. 10/10 would use again - hoping when we buy the property is sold through Cauldwell!
Cauldwell did a fantastic job for me on selling my home. They actually ended up having to sell it 3 times due to buyers pulling out, each time they had good quality viewings booked and a sale secured within a week of being on the market. All the sales team were helpful and professional, particularly William, and Darren did a great job with the listing and photography. Where they really earned their money was with the sales progression. Sarah did a fantastic job of getting this through when at times I thought it would never happen! Tenacious and knowledgeable, always keeping me updated and my spirits up with a touch of humour. Thanks to all the team for getting this through for us!

We recently purchased our first home through Wye and we’re incredibly impressed by the friendly, diligent and fantastic service we received from Rob and all the team. They kept us informed of each step along the way and offered help and guidance throughout (especially handy when you’ve never bought a house before!) Rob was incredibly proactive and kept checking in to give updates but also making sure we knew where everybody was in the chain which was really helpful to give a rough timeline to complete. Wye have all the knowledge and expertise of the big, national estate agents, but they offer a very local, friendly approach and you don’t feel pressured or just another customer number in their database! There was always someone to take my call and when they say they’d call you back, they did! A huge thanks to Rob and all the team at Wye, we would not hesitate to use them again whenever that may be!
Rob and Tracy have been AMAZING they have both worked very hard for us and they are honestly the best. Rob came and gave us an honest valuation and we were instantly impressed and we put our flat on the market, our flat then sold in under a week ( crazy one week) we were very happy we even got the price we wanted. Tracy gave us regular updates throughout the sale process and pushed the sale through in a great time frame. We honestly could not be happier with the service I would highly recommend using Wye Residential they are there to help you with anything property related. I was an estate agent myself working for a High Wycombe competitor until 1 year ago and I can now see why Wye Residential are market leaders in the area. Thank you once again.
Wye recently sold my house and I would recommend them without hesitation. Steve is extremely professional, highly experienced and an excellent communicator. This was my first move for many years but he really helped by explaining the whole process in simple terms. I really felt reassured to have him "on my side". Ian and Victoria conducted the viewings and were both excellent. There are many estate agents in Wycombe but I will definitely choose Wye again in the future.

very helpful when trying to move you in, a nightmare when checking out. Held the deposit for about a month after checking out, even though fully aware that there is a pandemic and that money is crucial. will try to squeeze as much as they can out of your deposits. You're only valuable to them if they see you as a potential tenant.
Did everything that a property agency should do. Service was fine, but nothing above and beyond what was required. Wouldn't actively recommend them, but i wouldn't advise people not to use them if they asked me. Kept in good and regular contact, arranged everything very quickly, phoning between myself and the landlord with things like extra questions, offers, deadlines etc often within the same hour to facilitate the deal. They did end up chasing me to get me to chase my referees when i had already provided them with full contact details of my previous letting agency as well as the landlord, after which it turned out the new landlord was yet to provide all the documents necessary. Pleasant phone manner from many people in the company. I am also leaving this review on request as they apparently have a drive to get "ideally 5* reviews" to here and another ratings site. May update this review once we have to check out.
Sasha Allen has recently dealt with the renewal of a tenancy at one of my properties. She was aware of all that needed to be done and pressed to ensure that everything was completed within the required time frame. Excellent communication skills and efficient manner. It was a pleasure to have her handle my business.
Mr. Kurt (agent from Prospect) has provided us very quick and 1-to-1 exclusive service and helped us find a nice apartment very quickly. He was there to clarify our queries and confusions and always ready to help by directing us to the right people when he is not around or busy in meetings which were really helpful. Overall I am satisfied with the experience that I had with Mr. Kurt and Prospect as a company until now.

We put our property on market through 2 agents and sold through Oasis recently. We also bought house from them years ago. I fully agreed with their automated voice message saying that "Oasis is refreshingly different." They are highly professional, proactive and very responsive. Unlike most agents, they are prepared to go extra miles for customers. Jonathan Stanton is a top salesman and negotiator. He is excellent in his job and certainly a valuable asset to Oasis.
My experience of Oasis is that this is a professional, process led and well equipped firm. The propert market can easily be a nightmare. For agents barriers to entry are few. Oasis are an impressive operation. Their efforts run through well beyond agreement of sale. Their people are knowledgeable, informed and suitably equipped. Out own sale and purchase would not have happened without a very capable agent. I am eternally grateful to Stephen, Aileen and Jonathon for pulling success from the jaws of defeat.
Having spoken to a couple of other agencies and having had previous viewings, Cameron by far provided the best service from the outset and throughout. Great sized soft play venue but filled with tired toys. Everything was sticky and greasy, from the Lego building blocks to the cars, even the table cloth in the cafe. It is supposedly cleaned after each session but it's either not happening or they need to get new cleaning products. We didn't stay for the full duration of our session. Pretty disappointed as we travelled quite a bit to get there.
No batteries in all the toys it s a shame.there are not a lot of things to play with for child over 3 I'd say so the price is a bit too expensive for over 1 year.
A cute little soft play area for kids under 5 situated in the heart of the Royal arsenal. Has a cafe and a children's hair saloon with little cars for the children to sit in while they get their hair cut. Could do with a ball pool other than that it's great. Been a few times.
Nice place for kids to play. Clean, bright and lovely decor. Lots of space. The food was lovely as well: Good portions and freshly made. The only thing that I would say is that I think the toys and equipment are geared towards those who are 3 and under. My son is nearly 4 so sometimes he was just running around not knowing what to do but he still had a great time.
Love this place and so does my little girl obviously! Lots of variety of toys and activities to play with. It also has a nice little cafe to get drinks and nibbles. A little bit pricey for a soft play compared to other places I go to; but considering we are living in Covid times, I am just grateful they are open!

We bought and sold our house with Knights. They were a pleasure to deal with. His confident, honest and realistic advice helped us greatly. I had a viewing scheduled for another property with another agency in the early hours of the morning & the viewing was disappointing for me. I'd travelled down from London to Reading & didn't want to come back another day in between work to view more properties. I contacted Winkworth after finding two properties & asked them if I could arrange two viewings that very day which was so last minute. I've had the pleasure to rent from Winkworth since February 2020 and I do not like the thought of renting from another Estate Agent. From day one, every query or request I had was always dealt with. We were lucky with the properties we've rented so far and the staff are top notch! Very friendly and approachable, always helpful and going out of their way to make sure the quality is provided to the highest standards. The communication was always there, efficient and on point! As we were preparing to increase the size of our home, we started talking with Jade Warwick and she was really helpful along the way and always on time when viewing properties. The second we found that one house we wanted to call home, it felt like she almost wanted us to have the house as much as we did! Right after we made the decision and picked up the phone Jade was extremely efficient and answered all of our questions about the property and made all the arrangements quickly and kept us in the loop with everything along the way. To this day, easily the best customer service we've ever encountered! Throughout this short period of time of just over a year, we've also had the pleasure to meet James Hathaway who's always been a true gentleman, very approachable and polite and a phone call away if there was ever any need to attend the property for inspections/repairs etc. In our recent hunt for a home, both Jade and James were helping us, along with a few other team members (Aoife, Jessica and Rosie) and the journey was as smooth as it can be. Did not want to show the property at all. Had to contact the owner directly. Response to the 'Business response' dated 23.03.2021 to my review posted a month ago:1.) I did not have higher expectations after speaking with your Eastbourne office ;2.) Nobody asks for proof of funds for a low price bracket properties BEFORE viewings ;3.) I do not wish to call and discuss anything with you. I will be dealing directly with owners on all issues or interesting to me properties.
Have been working with Oakfield for a number of years now and have always found all of the team friendly, efficient and reliable. Thanks to Alex and Zoe who have relentlessly persisted with the electric board recently in order to obtain my electrical certification. Much appreciated!

Since 2015 Romans is responsible for managing my property in Bracknell. I am very happy and confident that I've made the right decision choosing Romans to fully manage the property. Mrs Sophie Newman is my property manager and I could not ask for a better one. Her hard work gives me peace of mind and assurance that the management of the property is in good hands.

Posh pads is the best choice!! Their service is always immaculate and perfect, no complaints at all! When I forgot my keys, Daryl came in less than 5 minutes to solve it. Would recommend over and over again! 20 out of 5 stars!

I had issues with my door today, Darryl was sent to have a look at my door. Darryl was absolutely nice, polite, approachable and professional. He worked very efficiently; he immediately checked my door and fixed the issue I had with my door.
Today Darryl came over a to fix an issue with our lights. After I mentioned that my bed had broken he immediately offered to get his tools and fix it, and within half an hour the bed was as good as new. His positive attitude throughout was brilliant. Lewyn also came to drop off some extra tools, showing great communication between the team. Many thanks gents!

Every property is ideal for a professional couple but every appointment has to be during normal working hours. The agents know very little about the properties they are showing and they can't even give the correct property address. At one point their interactive map tried to take us to the Isle of Wight and they didn't include the properties full address anywhere. If you're going to make people take time off work at least do the bare minimum as an agency and know basic details like who's managing the property. Additionally it wasn't rare to come across the odd snarky comment or bad attitude.
I have tried using this company previously and I haven't received a satisfactory service at the time. I had to recently move houses again and after reading more reviews and getting some more information from them I finally got help from two wonderful ladies who made my move in journey a lot smoother. Many thanks to Daria and Laura B, and the rest of the team making things smooth ever since moving in. Definitely recommend using this agency!
Lovely to do business, fast and efficient. Do to Covid I was unable to see the flat but was send 2 different videos and saw lots of photos. Daria was very helpful and confirmed/answered everything every question i had. The referencing took around 24h. Very efficient, no time waisting. Loved it. Thank You.

Excellent service from Leaders Gosport. Helen, the lettings manager gave us top level of service. She gave us step by step detailed guidance on what we need to do to let our flat, was always available to help and answer our questions, and most importantly, by the time we had finished the introductory discussions, she had already found a tenant!! Top job! I would recommend Leaders Gosport without any hesitation.
