As buyers, my wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Ann, the Sales Progression Manager, and Michelle, the Residential Sales Manager in the Allerton office. It has been a pleasure to deal with Ann and Michelle, who have been really helpful and professional during our purchase. Ann has gone out of her way to liaise with (and, when necessary, chase) all the parties involved to expedite the purchase and make it as stress-free as a house purchase can be. Both Ann and Michelle are a credit to Jones & Chapman.

All of the staff we dealt with in the Allerton branch were extremely helpful and easy to deal with, however Ellie Lawler especially couldn't have done more to help us throughout the viewing/offering process. She was responsive and professional throughout, helping with the various services they could offer us and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending both Ellie & the Allerton Road to a friend.

As first time buyers, we cannot thank Jones & Chapman enough for their support with our sale so far. From the beginning, Ellie has been helpful and approachable. She took the time to get to know us and our property needs and found us exactly what we were looking for. Ashley's help as our mortgage advisor has also been invaluable - his expert advice allowed us to secure our perfect home in a way that was affordable and achievable. Once our offer was accepted, Ann began to support us with the sales process and she has been wonderful at giving solicitors a gentle nudge to ensure that we were not forgotten at the back of a long list! Absolute JOKE of a lettings agency Put a tenant in my home who had years of credit cards debt, debt agencies looking for her for outstanding catalogue and energy companies debt. Plus a criminal record for fraud and embezzlement with her previous employer, Ironically another local letting agency. So I've lost over £2000 in rent because and according to the clowns at Entwistle Green they carried out "a rigorous and thorough vetting of her" before they gave her the keys to my home. AVOID THIS COMPANY OR YOU TOO WILL LOSE OUT!

I purchased a property advertised through this company and my experience was great. All the people working in the Allerton branch were so helpful and attentive. Regular check-ins. Updates. Helpful and going beyond what was usual to progress the sale. Honestly, if I was going to sell in the future or if I am going to purchase another property, I’d want it to go through this branch. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, thank you all so much.

We initially got 3 valuations from different estate agents in the area for selling the house and it was Entwistle Green that came across as the most professional company. Their valuer knew the local market far better than the others and ultimately got us the best price. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service we received from the team at Entwistle Green in Allerton. From the initial valuation right through to completion, they kept us updated and took the stress out of selling the house during a pandemic, highly recommended!

We contacted lots of estate agencies in the area when we had a house to rent out. Entwistle Green was the one we finally choose. They were professional from the start and kept us informed all the way throughout the process. The service we received from Alex really sealed the deal. She would remember to email us with our queries and always responded to our emails in a timely fashion. We contacted other agencies and unfortunately their communication was none existent/not a patch on Entwistle Green hence they lost out on representing us. So far so good with the rental department as well. No issues with the tenants they put forward to us and any repairs were sorted out by the management team in a timely fashion.

The letting team at Sutton Kersh on Allerton Road are wonderful, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have been our letting team for over 5 years now and we have had the most straightforward and stress-free time thanks to them. Huge thank you, could not recommend them more.

Tried to buy with this estate agents and they were , unprofessional, unhelpful , unresponsive to emails even though we had put an offer on. Had advised we were contacted but just ignored and staff were rude. Wouldn't recommend selling or buying with them to be honest,

They are not flexible, not customer orientated and too slow in procedures. Very poor service. Wasting customers time. Not understanding their needs. They were booking viewings for a property that was already under offer and managed to destroy the living environment of the family leaving in the property at the moment. Too much misinformed among the agants and utterly unfriendly to tennants.

They did sell the house eventually, however I found them very unpleasant to deal with - rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend them and I would certainly not use them again. It was actually the main office manager who was very rude somebody call mike.

This estate agent books viewings with potential clients, lets them book the day off work, then cancels the viewing at the last minute. Unprofessional timewasters.

Ended my tenancy on 18 march 2020 still haven't had my deposit back off them not heard from eny one from this letting agency even though by law after ending tenancy thay should of got in touch after 10 days

I have been working with Liverpool Residential for over 7 years and they have been excellent. They have looked after my properties as if they were their own. I get regularly reports from Liverpool residential on the condition of my properties and action which is required. They also have great marketing channels to help promote my properties to tenants, so my properties have very high occupancy. Right now when I am typing this comment. My both bedroom are leaking, massive moulds appears on the wall for over a month. Staff came yesterday, said it’s no problem, checked and gone, no further information.

It’s not that common to be happy with estate agents but I must admit I was really impressed with iCCOMMODATE from the initial meeting till the completion. Can't recommend them highly enough.
