Went the extra mile, even taking the time to search for halal shops in an area I was not familiar with. Prompt replies from all staff that I was in contact with (and I was contacting them often). They definitely try their best to make the whole process and your move as easy as can be and will continue support even after you have moved, should you need it. Would definitely recommend!! 👍

No option for 0 rating Tenants & Landlords be warned. DO NOT USE. Rarely answer the phone and never conduct repairs. Quick enough to increase the rent. Left a young family with no electricity due to major flood from roof. 5 children at the property, one disabled dependant on medical equipment that could not be charged, placing them in danger. Still waiting. Absolute disgrace.

Lived in one of their properties and they're quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Now they've been acquired by Goldings, they're still no better. Don't use either of them. Genuinely couldn't have helped any less than they did. They kicked up a fuss when having to fix a ceiling that caved in and haven't fixed damp in the 9 months I lived there, even after sending 5 seperate people to "look at the damp"

Around six months ago, my wife and I were looking for a property management firm to market our new flats to find tenants and then manage them. We had meetings with numerous property management firms but were most impressed with Secure Lettings so signed up. We have nothing but praise for the whole team involved from the manager at our initial appointments before signing up, the staff that did the marketing, viewings, background checks, etc to find suitable tenants and the property management and maintenance teams that run the day-to-day side of things for us now the tenants are in. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and, most importantly of all, keep us up to date regarding all aspects of everything. We value communication very highly and they are very prompt to get back to our phone calls and emails. They have impressed us so much that we have recently moved our other flats from another property management firm to Secure Lettings because they do a far better job. We are extremely happy with the 5-star service we are being provided with and are happy to continue working with Secure Lettings for the foreseeable future. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting to rent out a property.

Applied to view a property told i was first to view then day of viewing gets a message saying it now has been let. Absolutely dreasful and unprofessional would never go with these if like this then imagine as a lettings agency and needed urgent repairs etc stay welo clear

My girlfriend rented a property from pme and when she moved in found out the flat had been used for cultivating and whilst she was a hospital decided to evict her and have thrown all her things into a skip and are still taking rent payments wrongly for 6 months now. They promised her a new property and although advertised when she rings up they lie about the property's availability even though she's not done anything wrong. We will be seeking legal action against them to be reimbursed for the loss of her belongings and furnishings

I rented a house on L4 with my family from PME. Very friendly service, once we had a problem with heating and the plumber couldn't come because it was Sunday. PME arranged portable heaters in 3 hours. A big plus for that. I will come back to you. Bart.

The staff at this estate agents are very helpful and cant do enough to help you when you either phone the office or call into the office regarding anything, i would recommend this estate agent for either managing your property or finding a tenant only, would most definately recommend this estate agent.
