5 letting agents in Toxteth

~All the five star comments are bought, there is no way they could provide such kind of service. Alot of issues with the apartment that never got fixed for the 9 months I was with there. Always try to get money one way or another. They had even not been paying the actual owner when I was renting off them causing the blame to come down to me . 👎👎

Worst letting agency we've ever experienced. Absolutely rude and unprofessional the whole time, literally left the house just to get away from these people. The house needed repairs everywhere throughout which never got done after a whole year, they didn't even cut/tidy the back garden which they said they would then had the cheek to charge money for not cutting it after moving even though it was still in better condition than they had originally left it in, then on top of that charged for cleaning objects (lighting etc) which were permanently stained before even moving in. It was years worth of staining. And the only time they respond to emails or return calls is if they're after money or it's an actual emergency that could get them in trouble for ignoring. Will be making sure to stay well clear of this agency in future.

Initially, when I first used this company I found them okay, but the standard has dropped, don't use anymore instead I use Openrent - gamechanger.

I have experienced a great service, responce, and understanding from MTD. For the last 5 years, there's always comprehension and satisfaction from all sides (agency, tenant, & landlord). Sarah, Sharon, and the whole team deals with clients like a family rather than just a business deal. I greatly recommend MTD!

Horrible agency, they never deal with the issues that the tenants have, for example simple repairs. They just disappear, and pretend you pay the rent, and nothing. If you don't agree with their terms, they just bully you, and try to evict illegaly

Left my 5 bed HMO in the hands of Invest & Let and they filled all the rooms within 2 weeks. Very happy with the service. Claire and the team were very professional and supportive throughout.

Being a new fresh International student and no body is there for you to understand and let you give your once chance for your first move in, in your comfort zone. They understood all small thing of being new to country, which in my experience all other agencies I talked with, didn't for me. and I have my accommodation on time. My wife and I flew over from Germany to view a property with this so called agency. We were left standing in the rain and the realtor didn’t show up. We called their office to see if the had maybe forgotten but we’re just told that the realtor would call us back. No apology, no call back, no realtor. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
