I have recently sold my property through Reeds Rains St Helens and have received the best experience from start to finish. From the first meeting with Emily and my dealings with Jordan and Jane who always kept me informed every step of the way. Through their professionalism they have made a stressful experience a seamless one .

We were looking for a property for our first family home and Eleanor Wilson helped us through the whole stages of achieving this. We found our perfect home and the communication was amazing, we knew what was going on at each stage and what was happening at all times. We would definetley come through reeds rains again if we were to move again as the professional side to their response and work is amazing. Bought a property through this agent and in the 3 months of the sale going through, I called them twice, both times I was fobbed off and didn't get any help/reassurance whatsoever. Severely over valuing houses at the moment also, over valued the house we bought by 25k (confirmed by the banks) so this affected the sale massively and the seller could've lost their buyer. Wouldn't recommend this agent at all based off of personal experience.

Now the thing that sets JB&BLeach above the rest is not only the capability of the Head Manager Danielle Whitby but also her supporting staff Emma, Heather & team. I was very thorough and mystery shopped the other potentials and did not like what I found. Promising young, dynamic sales staff with all the IT sales video promotions but when I mystery shopped they were happily eating their lunch and ignoring me. Not so at JB&B Leach. Fully professional. Once I had engaged their services they guided me to an above expected sale fo plus 21k. superb service. Completely recommrnd. I have only dealt with this estate agent as a buyer as opposed to a seller, I have to say they have shown the upmost professionalism, always return calls, chased up the seller with any questions, went the extra mile when a problem occurred (no fault of theirs), always polite and courteous and made the daunting and overwhelming process of purchasing a property a whole lot easier. I do not hesitate to recommend this company.

I live overseas and so to find an agent to look after the property for me was essential. I fond Belvoir by accident walking around St Helens town centre looking more for properties to buy. I popped in and asked about their services. Very polite and professional from the very start providing clear terms and conditions and pricing. The staff especially Vivienne has been more than helpful, communicating with me by email and sometimes whatsapp for speed as I am overseas. Property was purchased in February and after a few minor changes was given to Belvoir to market for rent in early May 2021. The house was rented and tenants moved in by mid May. So far so good. Very happy.

Having had a number of Estate Agents value my property I decided to go with Belvoir since their fees were the cheapest from the quotes I had received. I was initially apprehensive as I thought did the cheaper price mean a lesser service? This could not have been further from the truth. Nathan and the team at Belvoir were brilliant and got the house listed on the market in no time. The team wasted no time and within less than 24 hrs of the property being listed a full day of viewings had been booked in. Nathan and the team were great when multiple offers came in and avoided a bidding war by requesting best and final offers. I was pleased with this approach not just because offers were above the asking price but in my view cut out a lot of messing. Throughout the whole process the team kept me updated and were quick to respond to any questions or queries. Whilst selling a home is stressful, the level of stress was certainly reduced by the professionalism of the team at Belvoir. I would definitely recommend Belvoir to anyone looking to sell a property.

King PM are an excellent, professional agency and go well beyond the regular call of duty as far as service and communication. I knew after the first meeting I had with Sam Thompson, where he gave me his time and expertise to answer all my questions, that this was the agent for me to let my property with. Subsequent meetings with Neil, the MD, cemented my decision when he advised me of details I’d overlooked to make the property fully compliant. Nothing is too much to ask and the communication is first class. If I miss an email, they’ll be a voicemail that afternoon. There’s no BS just honest, professional support. We purchased our home through Stapleton derby and found them to be a profession company who went above and beyond in supporting us with some legal issues within our purchase. Hayley in particular kept in touch regularly and supported us in liaising with the legal teams involved, we couldn’t have stuck out our purchase without her. We asked to see the house on a couple of occasions and it was facilitated by Ken without any problem at a time to suit us.
