I liaised with Lesley at the Reeds Rains Prescott office and was extremely happy with the support we were provided. Lesley was friendly, fast and efficient in responding to our enquiries and needlessly apologetic in the event of short delays. Would thoroughly recommend.

We have been trying to buy a house for over 6 months and most estate agents take too long to get back to us regarding viewings, offers etc and we never knew what was going on. The team at Reeds Rains Prescot have been excellent from start to finish. If we had have known this team were here we would have solely dealt with them throughout our whole process as they have been amazing in dealing with the communication between ourselves and the vendor. They have gone out of their way to make sure we had a good line of communication with the vendor and responded to any questions we had immediately. They also didnt judge us on the basis of us not being cash buyers which most other agents seemed to do. They clearly want all parties to be happy and make sure they provide the best service. Would highly recommend these to anyone as they are by far the best estate agents we have spoken with. They are fast, reliable, efficient and very friendly.

Around 18 months ago, I've bought a property and I couldn't have found a better estate agency. Lesley helped me through the whole process and there haven't been any kind of issues. Well what a breath of fresh air! The Team at Brooks in Prescot have done us proud. Special mention to Linda and Joanne, these were our two main contacts in Brooks and they did what they said they would do, and more. They looked after our interests right up to completion, they negotiated the rocky road of selling, making it a smooth experience for me.
