A while ago now so I hope they've improved since then. I rented my enormous and beautiful Grade II listed flat out while I went travelling and they advertised it with only the following words: 1 bed flat, bathroom, kitchen, living room, small hall, no pets. And included a photo of the compost heap instead of the massive 200ft gardens. It remained empty for 4 months. Went to Clive Watkins they put a lovely brochure together and found a tenant within 24 hours.

Received great customer service from Kate at the Prenton branch when renting a property. She was very friendly, pro-active and professional going out of her way to answer queries and provide advice. Would definitely recommend this branch to friends and family.

I have no hesitation in giving Jones & Chapman a 5-star review and using their services. The professionalism is far superior to others in Wirral. Jones & Chapman are very professional, responds to emails promptly and were very helpful in recommending trustworthy trades people to help with the preparation of a house for letting. The turnaround time from contacting Jones & Chapman and getting a tenant in was super quick (a few weeks). Huge thanks to Vicki, Elkee and Kate.

I was looking for a house to rent and move into and was ideal for it be quick due to circumstances. Kate who managed the house I chose was friendly, professional, responsive and informative. She helped me through every bit of the process and made sure it was as smoothly as possible, and was always there to answer any queries I had. I was never left wondering what was happening and managed to move me into the property within a week which was incredible. I couldn't fault Kate at all she was excellent.

A very professional service provided by David to myself. He was very proactive in sorting out my mortgage in a small time frame to obtain a new build home. (Often working late at night to give me updates) I will certainly be using his services again.

Clive Watkins assisted with me purchasing a property they had for sale. Kyle the agent showed me the property and was extremely helpful and could not have been any more helpful. I have bought many properties and this was the most professional exchange I have had because of them. Amie also helped us move the exchange as quickly as possible whilst being the middle person between me and a very difficult vendors solicitor.
