A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Had such a great experience with these selling my house. Very efficient, great communication, took amazing and loads of pictures of my house with great description. They were also very good at keeping me in the loop with the sale with very speedy response. Highly recommend!

I can’t praise these lovely people enough! From the very professional, honest valuation, the excellent advertising and the extraordinarily quick sale, right through to the continuous updates, checking in and following up on numerous tiny problems a first time seller doesn’t foresee. I feel the staff at Harper and Woods totally destroy the stereotype of the high street estate agent, they offered incredible value for money and a personal service that you’d expect from an exclusive, higher priced agent. Although my property sold very quickly I had to wait for specific paperwork to be issued before completion, again this process was made much smoother by the personal attention and genuine kindness of the staff, in particular Nicola who although I’ve never met I feel I know, as we’ve spoken so often. I highly recommend Harper and Woods and should I have the urge to sell another house I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them.

We went on the market with Harper & Woods last year after the first lockdown. Its been a rocky road but throughout the communication and support was fantastic, both times we advertised we had buyers within a week. Awful customer service. Arranged a viewing on a property, was told I would get confirmation sent via text. Text never came. Arrived at the vacant property at agreed time. No one was there, called estate agent they said they would chase the vendor and call me me back. No one bothered to phone call me back at all. I called the estate agents back 45 mins later. They said they couldn't get hold of the vendor. No apology for not getting back to, just an excuse that they said my phone wasn't connecting when they tried to call? Despite me calling them from the same location with a full signal?

It Takes a lot for me to write a review, I registered my interest with the commercial people to let a shop in West Kirby , nobody responded, I called twice to arrange a viewing and nobody came back to me, on the third attempt I managed to arrange a viewing, when I got to the premises I was told there would be somebody there to show me around, the place was in darkness, however I knocked on the door and a rather terrified looking lady appeared frozen to the bone was hesitant in letting me in as she knew nothing about the viewing, I then registered my interest and was rudely told I would have to fill a application form in and they would then consider my application, I asked for the form to be emailed across and guess what.... Its never arrived, In these times where shops are left empty you would thing they would do everything to get people into them, not the case with this bunch of rude, none communicating , unprofessional bunch of people, I feel sorry for the people who advertise their properties with them.

Brilliant! We managed to find our perfect home in Wallasey thanks to Anthony and Lucy at Bakewell and Horner, they were both so helpful, friendly and informative. Wallasey has become a really popular place to live recently and the we were struggling to find the right place for our family to rent but they made everything feel straightforward and and as stress free as possible. Nothing was too much for them and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks again ☺️

We rented a house a few months back and it was Anthoney Mumford who dealt with us. He was very helpful and professional and we got the house very quickly. We had one little issue with the house whilst being in here so rang the shop and again it was Anthoney that answered and the next day the problem was fixed. Very impressed

Superb. I've dealt with Russ and Victoria and the rest if the staff for around 15 years now. They've sold three properties for me with no problems and they look after two rental properties too. They've all been fantastic throughout.

Had a viewing this morning, the person that was supposed to be showing us around the property didnt turn up on time and when we phoned at our allocated time the lady on the phone stated he was still in the office and he hadnt been given the address yet. We viewed the property and loved the house. Upon leaving we were told that the application needed a home owner guarantor. This wouldn't have been a problem if we were told beforehand so we didnt waste our time. I phoned to complain and the lady was very sarcastic when putting me through to her manager. Rude and unprofessional.

Worst estate agents ever. My tenancy ran out 2nd of July, 30th of June they had hired a skip and men to empty my house of my stuff and changed the locks whilst I was in work. Absolutely despicable.

Can not believe this digrace of a letting agents, rude aggressive bullies, workmen may be nice however not very good at their job, untidy messy, leaving thing unfinished or just a all round botch job, contract must be because something to do with the relationship between owner Michelle, who is the biggest liar I have come across, stay away at all costs they will rob, lie and intimidate tenants, when approaching them with any issues they become dismissive and have no concern for anything but money. Not only most unprofessional letting agency I have come across in 28 years of renting but worst company here in the U.K.
