Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

I was letting a property, there were a few hiccups due to the landlord living away but staff member Ethan was super helpful and kept me up to date with the process. I was unsure If I would get the property in time for the arrival of my furniture. Ethan saved the day. The keys and paperwork were done and I was able to move in. Would definitely recommend this letting company

First class service from Logic once again. Dealt with Ethan throughout the process and he went above and beyond for us. Excellent communication even though I am very hard to reach at times with work. Highly recommended and I wouldn't use anyone else when renting out my property.

I write this review with absolute disappointment in Jame Kristian. Firstly, Nikki is lovely and I understand mistakes are made, but their mistake of not contacting the buyer and not sending the memorandum of sale until I reminded them 4 weeks later, lost me my buyer. Then to be called and informed the buyer pulled out because he couldn't get a mortgage and when I contact the buyer directly he informed me the reason he pulled was because he hadn't heard from them, so to be lied too. Then I receive a call from the owner of the business Martin, who shouted, patronised, ranted and raved as if the whole thing was my fault and I had no reason to complain.I have been with them for my rental management for 5 years and thats why the disappointment stings a little more. The owner of the business kept saying I have received an apology about the human error and I should accept that - I haven't received an apology and is an apology enough when the error causes me to loose the buyer. Martin also said he has bought hundreds of houses and started the process without the memorandum of sale and my buyer should have started the ball rolling without this document, now I am not in the housing world, but this doesn't sound right to me - why would you start a process without a written confirmation? He also appeared to blame the buyer for the situation but in the same breath me shouting at me... so much so my husband came into the room and had concerns. All I can do is go somewhere else, but I don't think they care - the owner, however doesn't mind having a good old rant at the loser in this situation - ME! Following on from the above, I have moved agents - James Kristian had booked in another viewing, this viewing was cancelled and they didn't have the respect or decency to call my tenant and let her know it was cancelled. Another human error...

For other new landlords in the area I could not recommend anyone else, found a tenant quickly and kept me updated throughout the full process.

I had my property up with a ‘well known local agent’ for over 3 months and felt like I was getting no where! When I switched over to james Kristian I could barely keep up, within a matter of days they had found me a perfect tenant and gave a very professional service. I have since given them the others in my small portfolio to look after and haven’t looked back! Highly recommend these guys to anyone

Paul, Nikki and the rest of the team did great work in helping us to sell our house. The sale was quick and very straightforward – the best we’ve ever experienced in a house sale or purchase – which must have owed a great deal to their considerable expertise. We weren’t expecting such a smooth process, especially given the issues presented by the pandemic, so we were very impressed.

Difficult to actually award one star. This is a very amateurish company. I made an offer for a piece of land and followed this up with an email and a call. Over one month later I have never received a response from them.
