I did a property viewing a few weeks back with a nice lady called Emily. She was very professional, showed up on time (more than can be said some some agents) and was very helpful with the viewing process. I ended up going with the property and a big part of that decision was based on having a viewing on the same day with another agent that just wasn't as good as City Residential. Dealt with Rachel during the lettings process, she was super easy to deal with, very responsive and helped out with getting my out of the norm requests dealt with. I'd highly recommend them!

The service I received is second to none. In a very difficult and busy market the team at city residential keep the standards extremely high in terms of speedy and accurate communication, professionalism, follow up in communications, and respect for the client regardless of whether you are the seller or the buyer, your position or your budget. I will have to give the full credit for this review to Samantha McCauley as she dealt with my issue but I am certain that this is the culture and ethos in the whole team. despite the fact that my purchase fell through, I am more than confident that I will be in touch with the team again for future deals or property management.

Amazing! Emily is helping us find a perfect property to rent in Liverpool City centre and she is doing an amazing job. We are quite picky but that has deterred her efforts. Emily took all the requirements we where looking for and has sent us video’s of property’s and shown us round a lot as well! RENTERS AVOID HUNTERS LETTING AGENCY LIVERPOOL During house viewing I was told that the old furniture will be removed before I move in. When I moved into the house the old furniture was in the house and stayed in the house for 19 days until I have arranged for council to pick it. Renting from Hunters Liverpool was horrible experience. I was refused access to the landlord. Repairs were not carried out for months. Washing machine broke down I was asked to use laundrette. When I moved out I have cleaned the whole house, but Hunters want to charge me £300 to clean a two bedroom house. I am still challenging it with DPS at the moment. If you are renter and you rent from this guys in Liverpool you will REGRET IT!!!

Hunters, and in particular, their Property Sales Agent Leah Connor, have been absolutely fantastic during our property sale. From our initial valuation meeting with Leah she has been professional, friendly and shown an extremely high knowledge of the property market. Communication has truly been second to none. Leah and her colleagues have left no stone unturned in ensuring our property was on the market and within four weeks it is in the position of sold STC. We have just sold a house using Belvoir Liverpool, and I have to say without any hesitation at all that they have been absolutely excellent. My main contact there was Michael Judge, whom I found to be utterly professional throughout. As with many house transactions, there were occasionally delays and hitches at various points along the line, but Michael was always there, chasing up where need be, making sure people did what they were supposed to do, and he always got results. We found him to be punctual, reliable and professional. Not only was he easy to contact, but he also kept us up to date regularly with the proceedings by phone, or email when one of us was not around. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Belvoir Liverpool to anyone thinking of effecting a property transaction in Liverpool.

A while ago now so I hope they've improved since then. I rented my enormous and beautiful Grade II listed flat out while I went travelling and they advertised it with only the following words: 1 bed flat, bathroom, kitchen, living room, small hall, no pets. And included a photo of the compost heap instead of the massive 200ft gardens. It remained empty for 4 months. Went to Clive Watkins they put a lovely brochure together and found a tenant within 24 hours.

Absolute JOKE of a lettings agency Put a tenant in my home who had years of credit cards debt, debt agencies looking for her for outstanding catalogue and energy companies debt. Plus a criminal record for fraud and embezzlement with her previous employer, Ironically another local letting agency. So I've lost over £2000 in rent because and according to the clowns at Entwistle Green they carried out "a rigorous and thorough vetting of her" before they gave her the keys to my home. AVOID THIS COMPANY OR YOU TOO WILL LOSE OUT!

We initially got 3 valuations from different estate agents in the area for selling the house and it was Entwistle Green that came across as the most professional company. Their valuer knew the local market far better than the others and ultimately got us the best price. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service we received from the team at Entwistle Green in Allerton. We contacted lots of estate agencies in the area when we had a house to rent out. Entwistle Green was the one we finally choose. They were professional from the start and kept us informed all the way throughout the process. The service we received from Alex really sealed the deal. She would remember to email us with our queries and always responded to our emails in a timely fashion. We contacted other agencies and unfortunately their communication was none existent/not a patch on Entwistle Green hence they lost out on representing us. So far so good with the rental department as well. No issues with the tenants they put forward to us and any repairs were sorted out by the management team in a timely fashion.

We have been trying to buy a house for over 6 months and most estate agents take too long to get back to us regarding viewings, offers etc and we never knew what was going on. The team at Reeds Rains Prescot have been excellent from start to finish. If we had have known this team were here we would have solely dealt with them throughout our whole process as they have been amazing in dealing with the communication between ourselves and the vendor. They have gone out of their way to make sure we had a good line of communication with the vendor and responded to any questions we had immediately. They also didnt judge us on the basis of us not being cash buyers which most other agents seemed to do. They clearly want all parties to be happy and make sure they provide the best service. Would highly recommend these to anyone as they are by far the best estate agents we have spoken with. They are fast, reliable, efficient and very friendly.

We could not be more impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Whitegates Walton Vale. From our very first meeting with Joanne we were reassured of the knowledge and experience they bring to the selling process. Due to the nature of our house sale, there was a lot of interest and Leeanne proved time and time again to be efficient, accommodating and professional. Bookings, emails and paperwork were all organised seamlessly and Leeanne kept us updated at each stage of the process. I can’t praise these lovely people enough! From the very professional, honest valuation, the excellent advertising and the extraordinarily quick sale, right through to the continuous updates, checking in and following up on numerous tiny problems a first time seller doesn’t foresee. I feel the staff at Harper and Woods totally destroy the stereotype of the high street estate agent, they offered incredible value for money and a personal service that you’d expect from an exclusive, higher priced agent. Although my property sold very quickly I had to wait for specific paperwork to be issued before completion, again this process was made much smoother by the personal attention and genuine kindness of the staff, in particular Nicola who although I’ve never met I feel I know, as we’ve spoken so often. I highly recommend Harper and Woods and should I have the urge to sell another house I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them.

Iv never left a Google review before but I had to share this experience! I had a bad infestation issue at my previous property, when first approaching Entwistle Green Crosby I was treated with professionalism and care. I was lucky enough to have Elise as my agent who I believe went above and beyond, she showed great care and compassion towards my situation she got me a viewing on a property straight away and had us moved in within the week whilst adhering to all the health and safety regulations which made this move all the more exciting rather than stressful. I had a great experience using Entwistle Green Crosby . As a tenant looking to rent a property, I find a lot of letting agents are unresponsive and uninterested in returning calls/emails once they find out you want to rent instead of buy. The exception to this was Elise at Entwistle Green, she was friendly, professional and honest. She told us upfront about some issues with the property and she called me when she said she would. She was helpful if I had any questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she found out the correct information before calling me back. She made the process easy and it was the least stressful time I’ve had when looking to rent a property. Thanks to Elise, Matt and the rest of the team at Entwistle Green.

Enjoyed living here on the whole, lovely place on the surface. Had quite a few maintenance issues in the two years we lived there with the flat above leaking through to our bathroom light causing our electric to completely trip multiple times, another leak in our other bathroom which stained all the wall and ceiling which was never painted and happened on about 4 separate occasions, a leak in our airing cupboard from above that smelt really bad, our bath leaking to the below flat around 4 times and no water pressure in one of our bathrooms that we reported when we moved in but it was never looked at. We were visited by various tradespeople etc 20+ times. Also please be aware, when we viewed the place originally we were told that mail forwarding was included for a few months when you move out. This is not the case as I’ve spoken to someone today, as we moved two months ago and haven’t received a letter we have been expecting and couldn’t change the address on and they’ve told me that they only take a mail forwarding address for emergencies where they need to contact you... Surely a mobile number/email is more suitable for an emergency? I’m aware that they’re not legally obligated to forward our mail but we would’ve set up a Royal Mail redirection if we were made aware of this before we left, as we were under the impression that what we were told when we viewed the flat still stood. Maybe make tenants aware of this when they’re moving out.

Hardman house I would say is the only saving grace I've had in this covid stricken year. With great facilities and fully furnished kitchens I've found myself expanding my culinary horizons, alongside with this the great location has allowed me to be able to explore the breathtaking city. But the great location or the facilities are not the reason I would reccomend this place. First let's start with the day staff, Kyle and Mike. Arguably the best duo I have ever seen work together, their chemistry and obvious passion for the needs of students have saved me on many days from boredom and depression. The word "Friendly" doesn't do justice to the open door policy and care that they show for the tenants. I honestly feel as if it weren't for them this building would be a constant pit of despair for many. Secondly the night staff here are incredible, as a night owl they are always here to help and no problem is to big or too small, James, Ben, Kalem and Marik thank you for all that you have done for us in this turbulent time. In closing, the staff are truly what makes this building so amazing, their amazing customer service combined with their attitude towards us has truly made living away from home alone amazing.

This review is long overdue, but here it finally comes. Urban sleep, hardman street, was my home during my studies at John Moores University. As I was an international student traveling from norway, I was nervous and worried about the move, but the crew at Urban Sleep was there for me every step of the way. They were always just a phone call away before the move, and when I finally got there, they made me feel so very welcome and safe. It did not take long before I considered them my family away from home. Always smiling and greeting you by name when walking through the reception, along with helping you with everything you need. All of the crew at Urban Sleep are just the nicest people you will ever meet. For me, they have played a major role in creating such a happy student experience. I actually miss them when thinking of my time in Liverpool. Furthermore, the rooms are new, modern and beautiful. Everything is in top condition. There is also a strong focus on safety, which I appreciate, as you always feel safe and looked after. To sum up, you can not go wrong with Urban Sleep, there is no better choice. It is not just some student accomodation, it becomes your home! The hardest part is leaving to be honest. Sadly, I got sick and had to travel back to norway early. As corona struck, I could not travel back to retrieve my stuff. The crew therefore packed all of the stuff for me, and were so very helpful in making sure all of the stuff got delieverd to family members (thankyou kyle and mike). You will not find a more helpful crew! Wish I could give them all the biggest hug and say thankyou. I am so very greatful for everything. You guys are amazing! - Erika X

Awful customer service. Arranged a viewing on a property, was told I would get confirmation sent via text. Text never came. Arrived at the vacant property at agreed time. No one was there, called estate agent they said they would chase the vendor and call me me back. No one bothered to phone call me back at all. I called the estate agents back 45 mins later. They said they couldn't get hold of the vendor. No apology for not getting back to, just an excuse that they said my phone wasn't connecting when they tried to call? Despite me calling them from the same location with a full signal?

It Takes a lot for me to write a review, I registered my interest with the commercial people to let a shop in West Kirby , nobody responded, I called twice to arrange a viewing and nobody came back to me, on the third attempt I managed to arrange a viewing, when I got to the premises I was told there would be somebody there to show me around, the place was in darkness, however I knocked on the door and a rather terrified looking lady appeared frozen to the bone was hesitant in letting me in as she knew nothing about the viewing, I then registered my interest and was rudely told I would have to fill a application form in and they would then consider my application, I asked for the form to be emailed across and guess what.... Its never arrived, In these times where shops are left empty you would thing they would do everything to get people into them, not the case with this bunch of rude, none communicating , unprofessional bunch of people, I feel sorry for the people who advertise their properties with them.

Brilliant! We managed to find our perfect home in Wallasey thanks to Anthony and Lucy at Bakewell and Horner, they were both so helpful, friendly and informative. Wallasey has become a really popular place to live recently and the we were struggling to find the right place for our family to rent but they made everything feel straightforward and and as stress free as possible. Used them to manage our one letting. Abysmal service from start to finish. Staff turnover, including managers seems to be excessive and every time we had an issue, we had to deal with a different manager. They didn’t appear to know the legislation regarding HMOs and certainly didn’t explain the implications to us as landlord when sourcing tenants. They charged us for maintenance work that wasn’t carried out and the maintenance work they did complete had to be redone on several occasions because of its poor quality. Communication was absolutely dreadful (apart from when we dealt with Samantha Blease) - calls not returned, emails not answered. Administration appears to be non-existent - they took over 18 months to get paperwork signed by the tenants for a straightforward rent increase. (We discovered by chance that the tenants had actually been paying the increased amount without our knowledge for the entire time but this was not passed on until we brought it to their attention). They’re owned by Countrywide who appear to have no interest in providing a service to either tenants or landlords. If you do decide to use them for lettings management, you should be prepared to check absolutely everything they do, which actually defeats the objective of appointing and paying a managing agent to act on your behalf. Alternatively you could use the services of a professional business.

Bought a property through this agent and in the 3 months of the sale going through, I called them twice, both times I was fobbed off and didn't get any help/reassurance whatsoever. Severely over valuing houses at the moment also, over valued the house we bought by 25k (confirmed by the banks) so this affected the sale massively and the seller could've lost their buyer. Wouldn't recommend this agent at all based off of personal experience.

I just want to say a big thank you to Danielle, Emma, Heather, Kathryn on behalf of myself and husband for all the support with our purchase on our new home. We have been involved in a chain with our own sale with another agent, but with our sellers agent (JB B Leach) being so professional for both the sellers and us as the buyers we wouldn't be in our dream home now! The house we have purchased we have loved for many years as we passed, and when the house came on the market we was filled with joy and excitement, that we just had to have it. We pushed and pushed despite the hurdles with our chain and can not thank our sellers agent JB B Leach enough for working with our buyers to work out the problems to get a completion finally over the line. We have never experienced anything like it with past purchases, and was feeling very much frustrated, not having control with what would hopefully be your future home was so frustrating. All I can say is JB B Leach definitely go above and beyond! We have JB B Leach to thank for their professionalism for making our dream come true and thank you to the sellers being so understanding! We pinch ourselves at night still in shock after a the long haul, we are finally in our forever home 🏡 You guys are all absolutely amazing!!!! You take time to listen and find the solution to any situation. Me and my family can now look forwards and make new memories in our new home. Thank you so much, forever in your debt Leanne & Simon 💗

Now the thing that sets JB&BLeach above the rest is not only the capability of the Head Manager Danielle Whitby but also her supporting staff Emma, Heather & team. I was very thorough and mystery shopped the other potentials and did not like what I found. Promising young, dynamic sales staff with all the IT sales video promotions but when I mystery shopped they were happily eating their lunch and ignoring me. Not so at JB&B Leach. Fully professional. Once I had engaged their services they guided me to an above expected sale fo plus 21k. superb service. Completely recommrnd. I live in Switzerland so have no local bias. all the best for your journey

Avoid this rental agency. We had problems renting through them right away when we moved in. We discovered the electricity and heating wasn't switched on and operated through a missing key card that Andrew Louis blamed on the previous tenant, however the new tenants upstairs also experienced the same when they moved in. This forced us to stay elsewhere for over a week while they sorted it, but kept the rent the same. Flat had mould on the blinds, broken shower door, missing lightbulbs and syringes left in the freezer (!). Boiler broke continuously throughout the winter with no heat and hot water until they came in to fix time and again. We dealt with Rebekah who was lovely and quick to help but the constant issues were exhausting for the rent we were paying each month. As the same electricity and boiler issues were also experienced by the tenants upstairs, it seemed like this is typical of the way the letting agency operates.

Avoid. Left us to live in damp, unsafe and unpleasant flat for months which despite us continually complaining about, they did nothing to resolve. Only bothered to fix it up when we'd left and they had to find another tenant, and tried to claim over £700 back from us for damage, when there was little wrong with the flat, except signs it had been lived in for two years. Staff at the branch were unhelpful and sometimes rude, often incompetent. We felt that they did not care about us at all as tenants or as people, so long as they were collecting in their extortionately priced rent. My experience with them has damaged my view of letting agents forever, and I will henceforth only be renting places directly from the landlords.

Vicki Burke has been amazing throughout our application for a property in Liverpool, she was always very helpful and responded promptly to all our queries throughout the process! Vicki Burke and Rebekah Phelan were also super helpful with sorting out some maintenance issues we had at the beginning of our tenancy. Would highly recommend!
