I would have no hesitations in recommending Unique. I have mainly dealt with Lucy who is very professional, straight talking and always on the end of the phone. I have also regularly dealt with Cara for years on mortgages, who really knows her stuff and is very efficient and gets the best deals!

After dealing with two incompetent and relatively expensive national networks in St Annes, we sold our house in a day with Unique. He priced it accurately, we had several viewings lined up on that first day and got an offer from the first viewing. Peter responded quickly and the sale went through smoothly despite the COVID restrictions. I would recommend his company before any of the others in the area, and he's cheaper.
