There website has a feature which shows all your viewings and also how far along with the sale and purchase you are which I thought was brilliant. This estate agents appears to think they are gatekeepers in the interest of their clients regarding who can or cannot view houses. They also appear to make subjective assumptions on buyers financial position in order to filter viewings. Much better at Ben Rose who appear not to do this

When we decided to put our first home on the market, we had no experience of selling a house but Ben Rose estate agents made the process so easy to understand. Rude staff, especially the owner (never met anyone so patronising before!). We rented from this agency and the house was very dirty when we moved in, the toilet hadn’t even been flushed, there was rotten food in the fridge and mould growing in various places. Getting back our deposit was a nightmare as well - they like to take money from you and then that’s the last time they’ll be responsive in any way.
