Update 18/08: thank you for your answer Julie Twist Agency. Yes, we had picked up the keys in that day after 12. Unfortunately We had to give them back due to some works that still needed to be done in the apartment. For now we are waiting for a resolution and I will more than happy to see good results and to update my review. All the persons I spoke on the Phone, from the main offices were very OK, including the person who assisted the viewing and assisted us in that day when we could not even get into the building due to the broken main entrance door. The only thing missing was probably a better communication with the landlord and a proper inspection of the apartment before receiving new tenants. 15.08.2020 Totally disappointed!!! I was expecting more from your side. We were meant to pick up the keys of our new rental Saturday at 10.30 am. All was confirmed and agreed. We went to pick up the keys but no one was there, furthermore, we did not receive any call or E mail letting us know that our appointment was moved. I called the main office and we have been told that the agent that needed to meet us is not working before 12 anyway. And to try to call after 12 to see at what hour she can meet us. I had other plans for this day as well, I am a client also Julie Twist agency!!! you don t serve just the Landlord and treat the rest of us like idiots that need to adjust to your unprofessional behaviour, a call would have solved it.

Absolute happy doing business with this agency, I would actually thank Kelly, who helped me from the beginning of searching the property till I moved out , and she still asking for any help and recommendations. She was friendly, helpful, professional property agent! Glad I got to deal with her and I would be remiss if I didn't thank her. I would also thank Yvonne, she also was so friendly and professional agent.

Having decided to invest in a property we went to see some agents to see what they have to offer, it was a weekend and I understand that some don’t want to be at work but I have to say after seeing half a dozen we walked in to Julie Twist Properties and we were greater by the Sales Director Ani Kraja, immediately we felt good about ourselves and comfortable, Ani’s knowledge of property was unbelievable, being first time investors we spent a lot of time researching online how to invest, listening to podcasts, videos etc but spending half an hour with Ani everything we have researched so far made sense and we learned more than we learned visiting all other agents, they do say knowledge is power.
