I rented with Copelands for 3 years. The staff are very friendly and helpful, sorting out any issues you may have as soon as possible. Although inspections every 3 months seemed excessive at first I have to admit that it helped keep on top of the oven. I would have no hesitation with renting through Copelands again. If it was not due to me requiring a larger property I would still be renting through them.

During a very difficult time in my family life. Jacqui and her team were super supportive. The feedback during our parents house sale was amazing and they helped massively in getting all parties together, for a smooth sale. Great value for money and extremely professional.

I did not use adore to sell my property, however I bought a house that they were selling. Initially things were good during the viewing / negotiations and a price was agreed. Following that I found communication was very difficult. I know with covid things are affected however I didn’t have that issue with the agent I used for selling. Often communicate was done via text message as they either didn’t answer my call or I got voicemail. I had no contact from them in relation to the completion date. I didn’t know when the keys were there and as I couldn’t get through on the phone so drove to the office and was given the keys as they had them already. They are pleasant but I feel the company lacked leadership and professionalism.

Adore Properties were the estate agents instructed by the owner of the house we bought. Angela, Gemma and the rest of the team were amazing throughout and did their absolute best to work as a go-between for us and the previous owners. All our queries and questions were answered quickly and clearly. From initial viewing, negotiating a price, all the way to receiving the keys to our new home, the team at Adore were absolutely amazing. I'd recommend Adore to anyone in the area that is looking to put their property on the market.

Bought a property using Adore and have to say the whole team are super efficient and super helpful. From meeting them for an initial viewing of the property back in 2018 and their likeable, non-pressure sales approach to a seamless admin process to getting the property secured.
