A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Put my house on the market with smoothmove and found them to be very professional, they always kept me updated of how things were going. We had plenty viewings and although the first sale fell through we then had 3 offers in one day. Corinne, Kate and the rest of the staff were very helpful at all times and I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a house through Hingham Estate agents last month and the process from start to finish to brilliant. Although it did take longer due to Covid restrictions, I was kept updated throughout. Nothing was to much trouble and everyone I spoke to was always nice and friendly :) Thank to you all my tenant is already nettled into her new home nicely just in time for Christmas
