Do NOT move into X1 (or anywhere around here for that matter). Cars and bikes are constantly being stolen and the management do nothing about security. There's a parcel thief who comes daily and steals everyone's stuff (again, nothing gets done about it). It's not worth it for the expense that it is.

I had a great experience. The agent I dealt with, Rhianna, was the best. She was very patient and worked hard to move me in as soon as I wanted to. Helped me with everything and explained everything I didn’t understand. Apart from work related stuff, she’s genuine which means she told me everything as they were. Honestly, best experience I’ve had in this aspect of my life

We just recently got a flat through X1 and couldn’t be happier. Tom Simpson & Gemma Cozens have helped us throughout the process and they both did the absolute most that they could to make sure we were happy. We are currently still being dealt with by Gemma and she’s super responsive, helpful and friendly!! There’s always a lot of worry when you go with a new agent as bad experiences aren’t all too uncommon, but all the staff at X1 have been wonderful. Thank you so much!

I had to search for the flat in extremely tight deadline to move in with my wife and child who were coming from overseas. Initially there was minor miscommunication but Tom Huber was helpful to resolve it and helped in the fastest possible timelines to move in. Separate "thank you" to him for being so helpful and professional. Flat itself is a great value for money, new furniture and good floor plan. Good experience, especially since things were in rush and under stress back in time!

Moved here during the peak of the lockdown early last year, and given the tough circumstances, Delaney and Avril were courteous and understanding, and helped us with the move from Scandinavia. Great apartments, and well furnished and decked out, and great views across the city. It was a shame we could not stay, and with a heavy heart we had to move, but really enjoyed living here, we cannot rate The Green Rooms and the staff highly enough! 😀

We are very happy living and working in the Green Rooms. The reception area is modern, inviting and welcoming. Love the mural painted by a local artist. Really like how the postboxes break up the space and create spaces for residents to sit/work/socialise. The gym is an excellent facility and well maintained by management and the fab cleaning team. The viewing room overlooking the water is beautiful, such a lovely place to sit and the light in the evening is great when the sun sets. The apartments themselves are high quality finish, much better than others locally in a similar price bracket. The walls are nice and thick, we barely hear our neighbours. The Green Rooms team are so lovely and welcoming, they have been incredibly kind to us and our four legged friend. Thank you for everything.

Moved in on the 1st of July and have loved every second of it, the rooms are beautifully furnished with great amenities all around. Tram is a short 3 minute walk so it's perfect for rolling out of bed into work. The staff are also lovely and a great help, shout out to Jess and Delaney who made the whole process much more welcoming. Would definitely recommend an apartment here, great community and location.

Absolutely love living here. Amazing staff, Delaney and Avril can’t do enough for you. The apartments are beautiful and modern with everything you could need. Great size balconies so you can chill outside and have a drink in the sunshine with views of the water. Brilliant location when it comes to public transport too, not to mention all the bars and restaurants within walking distance. Don’t think I ever want to move. And a massive bonus is that they are pet friendly too! My little pug, Dexter, loves living here just as much as I do

I moved here on the 14th of June and right now I want nothing but to live here for the foreseeable future. I adore this place. I live a two bedroom flat with my partner and a close friend. We've loved this flat from day 1. Not to mention the staff here are absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind, Delaney and Avril have been helpful, supportive and just so pleasant. I can't praise this place enough! Love the view, love the flat, love the location!
