I recently rented a property from Herwald Sales and Lettings. The service from start to completion was fantastic. The staff were very friendly, efficient and organised. The correspondence via email and telephone was great and they kept me informed of developments at every step. Liam and Amanda were the main people that I dealt with and I would like to thank them for their professionalism and accommodating my time frame for moving into the property. I recently had a great experience with Herald Sales & Lettings finding a tenant for my vacant flat. Everything went smoothly and quickly from the initial meeting to today when the tenant moved in. Liam Pope handled this for us, he is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Also a shout out to Amanda who handled the invoicing etc. which ensured a quick turnaround. They are so friendly and helpful they go out of there way for you, we had abit trouble with are own solicitor and Caroline was an absolute star in getting everything sorted! Even though I didn’t sell my property through M.L, I was buying a property through them and I was experiencing a lot of bother from my buyer. My estate agents (pattinsons) were a waste of space, everyone was passing the buck, no one knew what was happening, so no one could tell me what was going on. Staff at M.L are 5* especially Caroline; She pushed and pushed to get info and was regularly phoning me to give me updates, something that pattinsons should have been doing! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend M.L to any family or friends and will definitely use them in the future should I ever decide to move! Thanks very much :)
