3 letting agents in Old Trafford

Accrington Woodnock review. Had mould in downstairs bathroom since November last year - have been trying and trying to work as best we can with Placefirst to get this issue looked at and resolved (mushrooms literally grow- this is how bad it is) sadly, we are still here today with no resolve. I am pregnant and certain that mould has an impact on health. No amount of reasoning, complaining, getting upset seems to work with this company, who we have realised simply do not care as long as your rent is going in their bank each month. In other news, this bit is more of a review about the area itself and not the agency, we also had our motorbike stolen within the first few months of being here - and wait for it - our recycling bin! The only good thing about Placefirst Woodnock is that they allow pets :)

This company sells your data.. please don’t be fooled or mislead. They ask you to (Apply) and give details you shouldn’t have to before even seeing the property in question. DO NOT TRUST OR USE!

Placefirst in the west end of Morecambe where lovely to begin with taking your rent and deposit however if you want any work doing the man just casually pops round instead of making an appointment, car parking is horrendous you have to pay £20 to park your own car. But my real issue was when we left it took two months of hassling them for our £700 deposit back which they wouldn’t give us until we took it to head office to claim it back they still haven’t given me my deposit for the parking space back and I’m still chasing this up and I get replies saying there looking into it but never do anything I’d avoid as having to chase them for money when you’ve paid your rent in time throughout is a joke. Customer services also asked me once to wait until they had finished there dinner and call back. Like speaking to a brick wall when you ring them for anything

I have lived in my accomadation for over 1 year and half now . Had 0 issues and recently me and my partner broke up and had to switch tenancy. Not the easiest task due to my previous bond and old joint tenancy being In 2 names . Oliver and Sheryl both helped me keep my flat and made it a very smooth transition . Top Mark's to all staff

The whole process of moving in into my new apartment was fantastic. From the applying, to the vowing and right through to check in day. Sheryl has been fantastic with any questions or enquires. Tim has been amazing with any questions for maintenance. I've dealt with unhelpful landlords in the past and I honestly wish I moved in with Placefirst years ago.
