A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Refused to improve heating at the property which would have been free but has now upped the rent for Sam and Joe who have no option but to pay the increased fee as they are at risk and shielding. Basically trapped in a property they don’t want to live in with a landlord who couldn’t give a toss about them.

It's utterly unbelievable to me that you're forcing a rent increase onto Sam and Joe given their current shielding situation amidst a global pandemic. Especially seeing as the tenants presented you with a free solution to the awful insulation in the property that you dismissed; which would have added more value to your own asset, yet you chose to leave them out of pocket and incredibly uncomfortable!

Excellent service. Reported leaking boiler and within an hour the Gas Engineer had attended and replaced a faulty part. During this time Barlow Whites office phoned me 3 times to keep me updated on progress. Can't really ask for better service than that.

After a little diary mishap (it happens to the best of us!), Tom, one of BW's estate agents, jumped straight in his car to meet us at the property we were viewing and showed us around. He answered all of our questions without hesitation. His friendly, helpful & professional demeanour put myself and my partner (as first-time buyers) at ease viewing our second property ever. I couldn't recommend BW enough, and if you get the chance - ask for Tom! Thanks Tom.
