Booked for a valuation at 1.30, got a call at 11.30 to say they can't make it as short staffed, whilst I understand in this current climate people are short staffed, a call the day before or even in the morning so I didn't waste my time waiting in would of been nice.

Terrible one man band of a company. Not professional never replies to messages and when she does its via what's app very late at night. Avoid

I went t to view the property I really like it and was going to put deposit down and filled the form online , the guy show me the property called Pete as he said I will definitely get you the answer tomorrow if I fill the form , then I filled the application form straight away online sent all my proof of identity and bank statement waited for one week keep calling the office and got told Tomorrow after tomorrow after tomorrow for one week after all this they should have been honest and told no sorry the day after as they promised me so disappointed after week waiting I thought I got the house , please anyone try elsewhere thanks.
