I HAVE USED REED RAINS IN HYDE FOR MANY YEARS, THE TEAM ARE WONDERFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, JILL,LES,NATASHA,WENDY GAYNOR, MYLES, I HAVE DEALT WITH ALL OF THEM AT SOME POINT, I THINK WHAT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER WHEN YOU ARE USING SERVICES SUCH AS RENTING OUT IT CAN BE FRUSTRATING IF THINGS DONT GO TO PLAN FOR YOURSELF, BUT NO MATTER HOW YOU FEEL OR IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY THEY DO THERE ABSOLUTE BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, I SUPPOSE YOU HAVE TO IMAGINE HOW MANY ACCOUNTS AND PEOPLE THEY DEAL WITH ON A DAILY BASIS, I ALWAYS FIND THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU, SOME THINGS JUST TAKE TIME, THEY ARE A TRULY GREAT TEAM AND DESERVE 5 STARS FOR A GOOD SERVICE THEY PROVIDE
