3 letting agents in Farnworth

Wednesday afternoon 23rd March a house was put on the market that my partner and I were interested in. That evening we sent an email to Eric Clarke stating our interest and made a full offer the seller was asking, even though we hadn't viewed the property. This was followed up the following morning reiterating our interest and again made the offer. This was rejected by the agency as we couldn't make an offer without viewing the property first. I then asked for a viewing as soon as possible as we didn't want to lose out on this property only again to be turned away as they hadn't arranged anything with the vendor to make such arrangements and it would be the following week before anything can be arranged. So, how is it, this property has been sold by Friday 25th March if viewings can't be arranged?

I asked him to sell a property in terrible condition, even the rats had packed up and vacated. Chris worked his magic, wrote an amazing advert for the house. He listed it at 4pm, by friday morning we had 10 viewings and 8 offers on the table, majority above asking price! Sold in less than a day! Spoke to Chris Baron at Bolton Properties about a property I may need to sell, my dad might have to have round the clock care. Honestly, the knowledge and professionalism was fantastic.
