It is an essential and excellent service they provide and this sets them apart from other estate agents in the area. Beth was our property consultant and we found her to be great. Communication was good. She always came back to us in a timely manner whether it be email or phone call. She would set our expectations when required and chase up solicitors and vendors when requested. I would highly recommend Hills and we will be using them (and Beth) in the future.
