Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Kevin at Saltsmans helped us with a boiler issue caused by the recent cold at our property. He reassured the tenants and quickly fixed the heating problem without the need for a plumber. You’ll never get this service from a large chain of estate agents. Would recommend. Thank you Kevin

My partner and I have recently moved to Shelley Grove, with the help and support of Rhianna at Saltsman's. Rhianna has been consistently attentive and has gone above and beyond to ensure that the formalities of moving into our new property were processed quickly and efficiently. Communication was exceptional, with Rhianna updating us at every step of the process to ensure we were kept informed and made aware of anything we needed to action. We have now been in our new home for 3 weeks and we absolutely love it. We'd like to thank Rhianna and the team at Saltsman's for such a seamless moving experience, all staff members have been incredibly friendly and welcoming and thanks to them, moving house has been an enjoyable and hiccup-free process.
