We used Northwood Bolton to manage our HMO in Bury. They provided a top quality service and communicated with ourselves and the tenants efficiently and clearly. They marketed the property and consistently found good tenants quickly. Inevitably issues needed to be dealt with at the house and Harriet, Meganne and Gaynor in particular helped resolve many situations to everyone's satisfaction.

I was deal with Lauren Mchenry she was brilliant. Kept us updated every 2 to 3 weeks on the vendors progress until the completion of sale . Yes the sale too very long but that was because of the vendor taking her time . Finally we got there and completed . Yes I would recommend. Infact I might use them for the sales of my property soon as I am ready . Thank for everything Lauren

They knew what I wanted, ensured I got what I wanted and also delivered the service with least possible stress. Chloe, Lucy and Keely were all great to deal with, very polite and very professional. I used Cardwells to sell my elderly mother's bungalow on her behalf, and was impressed by the positive attitude, friendliness, patience, tenacity, good humour and sheer professionalism of all the staff with whom I came into contact. I was also impressed by the number of viewings they arranged and by how quickly they found a buyer. They made what is often a very stressful experience more bearable by keeping me fully informed of progress at all times - even managing to advise me of completion before my solicitor did! In addition, as I don't live in the area, they recommended both a house-clearance specialist and local charity to remove unwanted items. They, too, provided an excellent service. I'm not easy to please, but I thoroughly recommend Cardwells to anyone with a property to sell in the area.

0 stars. No communication between staff in office at bolton. Not professional, Unorganised, Disappointed with Miller Metcalfe team in bolton. Initially i dealt with Aimee putting in an offer, she asked me for proof of funds which I emailed the next day (6/5/21). I chased it up the following day asking to speak to Aimee which one of her colleagues said she works part time and is not in. I rang Monday 10/5/21 Jessica answered the phone (asking for Aimee) Jessica said she’s not in, if you can send me proof of funds il deal with it, which I emailed again the same day (10/5/21).I got email from Jessica the next day to email her a bank card to match up with the statement which I did same day. I got a phone call at 4:30pm saying Iv got good news the vendor has accepted my offer. On Thursday 13/5/21 I got email from Aimee saying the vendor has declined your offer but stated the vendor is keen to do a sale if I INCREASE the offer. (Iv got proof of email). I rang them up immediately Aimee answered, I told her Jessica rang me on Monday 10/5/21saying my offer was ACCEPTED. She spoke to Karen (Assistant Manager) who then took the call and spoke to me in a abrupt manner saying the vendor has decided to go with another offer I said my offer was already ACCEPTED on Monday and that Iv already appointed a solicitor and paid deposit. She goes it’s got nothing to do with the deposit and I should contact the solicitor. I said to Karen why does the email state to INCREASE my offer when the offer was already accepted 3 days ago. She said il have a word with my team. Iv lost the sale because Miller Metcalfe wanted more money when the offer was accepted by the vendor. Disappointed is a understatement

The best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. There was no pressure and stress from the Estate Agents and very professional. Everything was smooth and we completed in 2 month. Karen Price dealt with everything from the beginning to the end. She kept us updated all the way through and did a wonderful job.

Miller Metcalfe acted on my house sale which was concluded successfully. The team are generally responsive and accessible and the fees are reasonable. Property was advertised quickly and sold within just 4 days of the first viewing day. Would recommend.

Jessica was great throughout. Nothing was too much. Always helpful. I’ll be going to her when I’m selling the property I bought through her because she was the highlight of the process.

I feel that this company discriminates against the disabled who are unable to work. I declared my interest in several of their properties but was shotdown instantky due to the fact that i am registered blind and suffer from bipolar therefore making it impossibke for me to be employed. They clearly have no consideration for people with disabilities and are blatently disregarding to equalities act. This company should be avoided at all cost!!

Absolutely appalling company! Useless incompetent. Would never chase anything up, was given false information numerous times. Couldn't answer questions directly. Late opening the shop when I went to hand in my application form...not very professional. Rude, tried to tell me it had been three weeks since I viewed a property when it had been three days. Have rang them and been told the woman who's dealing with my application is on holiday and back the next day...half an hour later said woman who's supposed to be on holiday has rang me back. Told we don't need parking permits when we do. Constantly being given either no info or the wrong info. Staff are rude and unhelpful. would highly recommend anyone to NOT use these estate agents it's been nothing but aggro since I moved in!!

Great team get things done when needed

Excellent service- Melanie and the team have been great, i need to leave my tenancy early and they have found a new tenant within 2 days of my place going back on the market and have been amazing with communication and working around the days i am off work for me to leave the property. Would highly recommend and use your services again :)
