Savills have been absolutely brilliant in helping me manage firstly a sale and secondly a rental property. Claire in particular has been absolutely lovely in dealing with what was quite a stressful situation in the crossover between moving out of my house and buying another. Always professional and very caring and understanding. Ryan was dealing with the sale of my property and did it with enthusiasm, he put a huge amount of work into it and was always lovely to talk to and great with prospective customers. We also dealt with Euan and he was very friendly, a huge 5 stars for the Savills Manchester team, absolutely brilliant people and great professionals.

Dealing with Savills Manchester for our upcoming move has been effortless thanks to the help from Olivia with our viewing and Claire for the majority of the process along the way. Claire made the process as easy as it could be and always remained available for any questions without feeling as if anything was too much of a hassle. We had a few speed bumps along the way with our referencing process and I honestly can’t praise highly enough of how this was handled, complete care and professionalism from start to finish, could not be happier with the service so far 10/10!

I appreciate the support from Donna and the Manchester office team helped me out on my case of extending the move out date at the last minute. With my next apartment still not available to live in on the agreed move in day, I was very nervous and frustrated. So I called the first thing in the morning to ask if it's possible to give me a few days more to sort out the issue, even my move out day is today. Thankfully, Donna and the team replied to me real quick with understanding. So now, I have the flexibility to sort everything out without panic. Thanks again to Donna and the Manchester office's team! 5 STAR SERVICE!

We had a very pleasant experience with Savills - Claire in particular was very prompt in sending us available flats within our price range and was friendly and informative in her support throughout the process. Claire in the Manchester branch was absolutely amazing at helping me through the process of applying and referencing! She really went above and beyond to make sure I could get the apartment I wanted even with all the obstacles with being self-employed. I honestly couldn't have had a better or more supportive genuine person to help me through it, she was absolutely amazing and deserves a pay rise.

This is a review for the owners of this company's other company called stay Urbana which I believe has ceased trading but I want others to know what kind of people these are. UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE WHO WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. I paid a £420 deposit for a stay in April 2020 which was obviously cancelled. A few months later I received an auto response to an email I'd sent saying the company had ceased trading. I did however receive a response assuring me that a refund would be processed. This has not happened and now my emails are being ignored. No answer on the phone. I also filed through small claims court which was also ignored. What else can you do?Disgraceful and untrustworthy people. Whilst I sympathize with the landlords, keeping people's hard earned money when they need it more than ever is simply not fair. I wish you the unsuccessful future you deserve for testing people like this.

Received excellent service from Mark today who responded quickly and resolved the issue within ten minutes! Much appreciated. Mark also helped with an issue with our door, which was not unlocking upon fob entry, a few weeks ago. He responded promptly and dealt with the issue as quick as possible, informing us of the status along the way. Friendly, professional and efficient service. Glad to have Mark on site.

Excellent service and information received from Mark today. I have just moved into the building and spoke with Mark last week prior to moving in to arrange for access to certain site services on the day I was moving in. He was prompt at arranging this for me. Additionally I have now met Mark on site today and he couldn't have been more helpful. He advised me on all aspects of the building and emphasised that should I have any questions or queries moving forward then he is always here to help where he can. It has certainly made settling in much easier and given me the confidence that if anything should go wrong, then it wouldn't be long before any issue would be rectified. Being a tenant at an apartment managed by life, I’ve only had a positive experience especially through Georgia. Every aspect of renting, from initial enquiries to getting my keys was very smooth and quick and I’ve truly had a 5* experience. Georgia is very friendly, approachable, responsive and attends to all maintenance issues immediately, something which I’ve not experienced with other rentals that I’ve lived in. I definitely recommend them!

If you want something, they'll get it and increasingly talk about it. I feel looked after, every inch of me! Georgia heads up a crew of specialised warrior agents, each with a precise set of skills. She's always at the end of a phone. So am I. She does way more for people than I'd probably do if I was her, and that's why I'm writing this.

If I had any issues these were also dealt with super fast, a big thank you to Georgia at the offices who had the pleasure of dealing with me ( I can be challenging at times, haha!) however was on the ball at all times! Worst estate agency I've worked with. Bad communicators. They tried to charge me hundreds of pounds for defects that were all present in thier initial itinerary. As the itinerary was virtual I couldnt access it, had to wait for them to give me access whilst I was under time restraints to dispute thier claims. Basically they tried to put me under pressure to get money they didnt deserve. Be very careful and take your own itinerary.

It's reviews that made me choose Granite. They've actually been great from the start, always respond quickly and the service just flows and works. The staff are all really friendly and very helpful when needed. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless management company.

I am more than happy to recommend the Granite Lettings team, they always do a professional and friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. A special thanks goes out to Colin and Kathryn for smoothing out the transition to another new, long-term tenant.

Relocating from a new city is stressful but this agency managed to make the process seamless. Service was professional at all times but with a good balance of being personable when specific questions came up. Everything was explained in full and dates were always communicated ahead of time. I was looking to rent out my flat and contacted several local estate agents. Granite were the first to respond and their communication since has been 1st class. I have found them to be very professional, particularly Wes, who was always on hand to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Offices have a great city centre location, the staff always a pleasure to deal with.

We’ve just moved into an apartment at Deansgate Square - Emma at O’Connor Bowden has been great to deal with. We got let down last minute by another agent and from viewing to moving in it took only 2 days. Emma was even able to advise on a removal company and a company to supply additional furniture which came in 24 hours of ordering.

Amazing team, very professional. Jodie went over and beyond. I'm so grateful to her with all her help and advices she gave me. I wasn’t able to view the property so the virtual viewing really helped me make a decision. I was travelling back from abroad and she arranged a contactless move in as I had to immediately self isolate.

Very responsive and realistic in the advice given. Great in finding tenants and managing expectations. Good knowledge of the market in Manchester and key suppliers (furniture/furnishings). I deal with Leighton and he has a good grip on what tenants need. Emma is also great and helped resolve a Scottish power bill wrongly charged and also source a good washer/dryer.

All through the refurbishment and letting of my flat, Patrick and Darren have been fantastic. They have kept me up to date throughout the whole process. The refurbishment was completed on time and a great job done by Paul who transformed the flat. A special thanks to Patrick for all his work on my behalf. Months of being woken up daily by building work on the floor below me, and having to listen to this continue through the whole day. Staff are great but the building clearly doesn't care.

There is an app for all residents to use and there was a forum section for residents to discuss things. Moda took the whole forum down because they did not like that residents were complaining about stuff to eachother and publicly. Now they control the entire forum and everything that is posted must be approved by them before being shown

Charging full payment throughout covid restrictions without any of the amenities being offered and then re opened, Time restrictions being implemented For no reason

My wife and I really like our new 2 bed flat. The Angel Gardens team did a great job preparing us for the move in. The management team goes far beyond the call of duty to meet our every need. Each staff member always make themselves available to make us feel at right at home. We highly recommend Moda - Angel Gardens.

See photos of mould / rising damp taken after 2 weeks in the flat. Despite this still expected to stay in flat and continue paying rent. What can't speak can't lie!

very disappointed with service. they did not give any response if you want to talk about cancel the contract and if they want any payment then they will give reply immediate. so its not good. service is very very bad.....

Unfortunately the exact same problem as the person bellow me, booked time of work and arranged childcare to view a property on the weekend receive emails the day before and on the day to confirm the viewing turned up to be met by no one after waiting an half an hour left, no one to get in touch with, rang up today to be told they already arranged a tennent and that someone should have rang me. Not ideal when I’ve wasted a day off and had to arrange childcare. Very unprofessional.

Was booked in for a viewing at a property, even getting a reminder the day prior. When we got there, we saw the people that were booked in for a viewing 30 minutes before us who had not been met by anyone. We tried to make contact by email and phone but due it being the weekend no one got back to us. We waited another 15 minutes after the booked time then left. I imagine the property was let to someone else last night, as it has now been taken offline but it would have been nice to have been informed.

Rented via PHL for a property in Manchester. Found them to be very “hands off”. Not much contact over the year. There were several issues at the apartment, and I was left to sort these myself. Slow to respond. I left the apartment a week ago and still no update about my deposit. Their emails have an attitude and feels like they just don’t care. I would avoid any future rentals if they are the agent.

Listening to the podcast, subscribing to the magazine and working my way through the online free courses. We signed up for a free webinar which to be honest didn't really tell us anything we didn't already know but I will say I really value and appreciate the content these guys produce and the hints and tips that are UK relevant!
