Express Estate Agency have been brilliant. They have regularly been in contact throughout the sale of my property as well as being knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I have not felt pressured at and point and am happy to recommend them. The agent I dealt with is Kerry and I have found her to be professional and efficient on all matters as well as friendly.

Having not heard of Express I have to say this has been one of the best experiences selling a property that I've ever had. Fast, helpful, friendly and do exactly what they say they will do. Having removed my house from a traditional estate agent after 4 months of nothing as soon as my house went on the market they pushed and followed up and I sold it in just over two weeks. Amazing service and especially the continued contact and helpfulness considering I moved abroad and they helped me with everything. 5***

Michael Spencer was brilliant, he kept us informed and updated with everything, very easy to talk to and was very efficient. He took the time to talk through anything I wasnt sure about and made it all a very easy transaction. We had lots of viewings and felt that he did a really good job. Such an asset to the company!

My experience with Express has been nothing but positive, even during the strange & unusual circumstances we have all found ourselves in recently. Natasha was excellent, helping to sell our house within the first ten days of it being on the market, regularly updating me of progress with the sale, with a good balance of professionalism & the personal touch. The service was second to none & the whole experience has been easy and stress free. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Poor quality on management property, just looking for your monthly payment, I did had really bad experience with them. It might work well with others. No commitment. No responsibility. Using ripped off construction for repairing of rental house. No respond. Charges for new tenant with current tenant £120. The worse of worse IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE AFTER YOUR AGREEMENT YOU WOULD CHARGED£936. Which really made me made . Not recomended at all and going with local estate agents.

I‘ve been living in WP for 3yrs, this is a good place for my family. The staffs here are very kind and helpful. Carlos is the best receptionist. And all the team members are wonderful. But one thing not good is the lifts, there are only two lift in use and one of them always out of service .

Amazing service from Hannah Jones & Neal. Cannot speak highly enough of the experience I’ve had with Manchester Apartments - I’ve dealt with SO many estate agencies over the years and this is by far the most reliable, professional & efficient. Hannah is the property manager for my room at 115 Princess Street. She has been responsive, professional, and helpful during my booking and move-in date. She did a good job of handing down my room keys quickly even though I was getting a bit late for my appointment due to traffic. She happily changed it a couple of times without any problems. I'm looking out for a happy stay in this property and hoping the issue of the lift can be resolved soon, as shared by Hannah. This week I’ve had a couple of issues that required my landlord’s attention and Simon has been THE middle man! Prompt replies to my emails, very courteous, the best possible service! I rang up today to speak to somebody regarding an ongoing maintenance problem that wasn’t getting resolved. I spoke with a fella called Simon Jones, whom was very helpful and professional considering I was infuriated by the situation! Simon remained polite and reassured me the issues would be dealt with, to which it was effectively and efficiently. They dont answer phones. Very unprofessional and very rude..I have actually had a chance to read every single review whilst I've had a "one moment" and beeping sound of a call being transferred. It's been 30 minutes and still not heard from the guy who sounds like he's asleep. They don't reply to emails either. Best option is to avoid and look for another agency. Houses shouldn't be managed by this firm they are appalling. I have had most of these customers experiences where they say someone would call you back and they really don't. As for Samantha, she is very rude and very abrupt. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service! Never reply to emails, when you ring your told somebody will ring you back, but they don’t. They work things on a first come first served which is okay if your booked for one of the first viewing. I viewed a house and rang up straight away, was told somebody would ring me back and nobody did, I chased it up to be told the house has already gone to somebody who viewed the house 1hr before me. So I wasted my time viewing a house that had already been reserved? Currently still looking for a property but will never use green co!

Needed to find a new place to move to at relatively short notice. Found a flat with Bridgfords and spoke with Jessica to get more information about the flat. After a couple of day, Jessica was able to help out with everything I needed, helped answer the small questions I had due to my own inexperience in renting, and then passed me on to Isabelle to handle the rest. They both have helped a lot in this process, being very friendly and prompt with their help. The whole process could have been much harder, but it has felt like I've been guided through the process with all the support I've needed. Thanks to both of them for their support, it has definitely made the move smoother.

We've not moved in yet, but we were so impressed by how efficient the process of viewing and securing a rental with Isabelle was. We were honestly ready for it to be a bit of an ordeal, but Isabelle had agreed our let with the landlord by the time we got home and was really responsive while we were sorting our checks and addressing a minor issue with the house (thanks also to Jess!) If this is the standard of customer service throughout our tenancy, we will be very happy with Bridgfords.

The property i have recently signed to rent seems like amazing value for money, with large spaces, pretty aesthetic and in a great area. I had a good time securing a house for next year, the woman who I dealt with, Isabelle Tollitt, was extremely professional and made everything very clear. With other agencies we found it difficult to sort things out properly, whereas she was very accommodating, and also a delight to talk to. I would say that the customer service definitely really helped with making this a quick and easy transaction. Everything they did for us was above and beyond and cannot recommend enough

Have used Bridgfords several times in the past few years while trying to find long term tenants for one of our buy-to let properties. Always had a first class service, special mention to Isabelle Tollitt, who has been extremely helpful in all the aspects of letting, and who managed to find a reliable and long standing tenant for our property. Can't thank her enough for great communication and customer service provided. All the paperwork was done very fast, all queries we had were answered in timely manner. So all in all - 5 star from us, we can recommend Bridgfords with no hesitation!

So we bought a house through MHL recently and sold our house with another estate agent. The difference in the service was astounding. Sharon at Morgan H Lewis was with us every step of the way. Whereas the other agent spoke to us to tell us we had an offer and then disappeared off the face of the earth! I did think at one point Sharon might block my number or get a restraining order with the amount of times I called but she genuinely cared and helped every step of the way. Even when she was out of the office Amy was there to pick it up. I would recommend to anyone - USE MORGAN H LEWIS!

We used MHL to sell our home recently and also purchased our new home from them. They were brilliant from start to finish and supported us through all of the ups and downs of the moving process. We started renting with Northwood a short while ago and the application experience was very thorough and detailed. We dealt with Jess, for the most part, and found her to professional and responsive to our emails and phone calls. We had a little problem with the boiler when we first moved in and Northwoods maintenance team were also very responsive and sorted the problem promptly. The house is decorated to a high standard and we are very happy with our experience of Northwood as our letting agent so far.

Used the office in Lees, good knowledge of the area, very friendly in person, on the phone or via email and quick to respond to any queries, David took some great pictures of our house and we sold within a week. The part that sticks out most for me was Emma in the office who was beyond brilliant when I burst into tears on moving day! As other individuals have said, I would give 0 stars if possible. Complete is an incredibly unprofessional agency. Their response time is unacceptably long, you have to chase them numerous times to get a response, they are uncooperative, unwilling to help, and make promises they do not deliver against (e.g. one year down the line they have still not repaired things in the property that were broken when moving in). As we are now moving out, they have to no surprise detracted a significant amount from our deposit without responding with an outline as to why. I cannot encourage you enough to choose another agency to work with and rent through. It's been an incredibly disappointing experience and has made our stay all but pleasant and smooth.

My wife and I have been very happy with the service provided to us by Harriette at Complete. She is very pleasant but professional, efficient, a good, prompt communicator and she is supportive of our needs. I could add that the same applies to the rental team at Complete as well.

Editing a very negative review i left in 2016. After few years of very poor service and management of our flat (we're tenants), since some time we have the pleasure to have Sky Mansfield as our property manager, and I must say she's been very helpful and efficient in any issues we had since she arrived. My first few years dealing with Complete were definitely a 1 star review, but now I'm happy to change to a good 4 start only thanks to Sky and how helpful she's been in many occasions.

We’ve been with Reside for just over two years and they have been extremely helpful with several issues during that time. I’d like to give a particular mention to Lauren Richardson who has handled many of our queries with professionalism and diligence, allowing for the best possible outcomes. If we come back to renting in the future, we would use Reside again.

Steer clear! The most difficult agents I have ever rented from. My housemate and I stayed at our apartment for 2 and a half years, which might sound silly when leaving such a bad review. However, to be fair to them the location was great and the rental price was good too. However, we had a HUGE list of issues upon moving in, and struggled to get them fixed. These weren't just small jobs that we could get by without. Units were literally hanging off the walls (actually hitting my housemate when they did fall down). Now when we come to move out, we are being charged for the same things we tried to get fixed when moving in. When speaking to the landlord, he said he was charged £1500 to pay for the issues before we moved in. So I assume they are charging both the tenant and landlord for jobs, and pocketing what they can. Communication is a chore and no care for the tenants whatsoever. Avoid!

Just wanted to leave a positive review for Jo, she is the most professional and helpful person I have dealt with in this office and always gives a great level of customer service, all my issues are always resolved and within a timely manor too. 10/10 recommend.

Savills have been absolutely brilliant in helping me manage firstly a sale and secondly a rental property. Claire in particular has been absolutely lovely in dealing with what was quite a stressful situation in the crossover between moving out of my house and buying another. Always professional and very caring and understanding. Ryan was dealing with the sale of my property and did it with enthusiasm, he put a huge amount of work into it and was always lovely to talk to and great with prospective customers. We also dealt with Euan and he was very friendly, a huge 5 stars for the Savills Manchester team, absolutely brilliant people and great professionals.

Dealing with Savills Manchester for our upcoming move has been effortless thanks to the help from Olivia with our viewing and Claire for the majority of the process along the way. Hills provide a dedicated property consultant when viewing or discussing their properties. It is an essential and excellent service they provide and this sets them apart from other estate agents in the area. Beth was our property consultant and we found her to be great. Communication was good. She always came back to us in a timely manner whether it be email or phone call. She would set our expectations when required and chase up solicitors and vendors when requested. I would highly recommend Hills and we will be using them (and Beth) in the future.

after a 15 month search my daughters offer was accepted on a property, told it would be removed from the market, STC, paid for a surveyor to survey the property, had everything in place to proceed with the mortgage company, then they had a walk in offering a higher offer and instead of saying it was STC they had her Gazumped! leaving her out of pocket and without a home to look forward to, not professional nor ethical!!! Would not buy a house with this company, would highly recommend you do not buy a property from such an unprofessional company!!

My husband and I have two properties on the market (one just sold) through Hunters, and I cannot say enough about them. They are extremely professional. hardworking, and pleasant to deal with. We began by dealing with Martin Elliott (the Branch Manager at Hunters), who always answered my emails and queries promptly and thoroughly (even on weekends!). He made arrangements to visit my properties immediately (both are investment properties; I live overseas) and had them up advertised online in no time at all. We were blown away by his attention to detail and urgency in getting this done for us without any waiting time whatsoever. We love the advertisements for both places, too; the pictures and descriptions he used are absolutely beautiful! Ben Cook, the Sales Progression Manager, contacted us within days to notify us of some showings they had for both places, and a week after that, one place had sold. Ben wasted no time in getting us in contact with the company’s on-site solicitor to help us through the process. He has been wonderful to deal with; he is obviously passionate about his work and is always happy to answer my questions and always, like Martin, responds immediately in a very positive manner. The company also has an excellent online portal system where you can enter all necessary information / documentation and track your progress with the sale of your properties. This helps keep everything centralized and very organized for all people involved. In short, this agency has been a massive breath of fresh air after years dealing with other agencies and solicitors during the process of purchasing investment properties. These are the first properties my husband and I have sold, so we expected much of the same that we had been used to (a lot of jargon we didn’t understand, cold and impersonable correspondence, and a general feeling of jadedness). Hunters is the complete opposite of this, and we could not be happier!

I can't stress enough how impressed I am by the level of commitment , enthusiasm and professionalism displayed by Your Move staff. When we were viewing the property, Tony - the agent showing us around, didn't want to simply let us in to have a look and just stand there minding his own business. From the initial meeting with Alistair Baldwin (Sales Manager) to my day to day contact primarily with Leila Sadeghi (Senior Sales Negotiator) my experience has been completely positive. These guys were professional, flexible, extremely helpful, approachable, and pleasant to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. After the first sale fell through due to remedial works that were identified, both Leila and Alistair went beyond the call of duty, arranging a roofer, builder and decorator extremely quickly and getting quotes and work completed at a fair price. I am going to leave my house. I have told them I am going to leave the house and, they agreed. Now, they want a new payment. They told me that I have to pay an advertising cost to find a new tenant. Otherwise, the full payment until my tenant agreements ends date. It says on my tenancy: Should either party wish to terminate the Tenancy, it is agreed that the Tenant must serve a minimum of 1 month’s advance written notice to be served on the Landlord. I already served 46 days of advanced notice, and they were agreed. I am afraid they will burn my deposit. I will update this message after the deposit process. Probably I will write this issue to more places after the deposit process. Especially on my news site called ManchesterNews.com

I can't say all my interactions with C&R was amazing but I want to give our maintenance manager a shout out. She has single handedly uplifted my impression of the entire company through our witty banter and her support in everything/anything related to our flat. She has been really helpful, arguing for the best outcomes for everything related to our flat. It has been quite an enjoyable journey with Rachael helping us deal with traumatic home -appliance malfunctions as efficiently as possible. Dealing with property agents are never easy/ fun but Rachael is the only maintainence manager I have experienced that succeeded in building a good rapport with us. (:
