3 letting agents in Ellesmere Port

Amazing how the reviews for ABC are either 5 star or 1 star!! Suspicious to me that!!!! Could this be real tenants giving real reviews or is it the landlords? Also I think the 4.1.17 gagging order against tenants complaing on social media for 3 years is a nice touch great contract manager can I have his phone number.

Having rented a property from them for nearly 3 years. Only had one visit and was praisedfor it. Few months ago. Put my notice in...wow attitude is not the word for the way i have been treated since. Now refusing to give me deposit back. The way i was spoken to when i went in was disgusting. Off to solicitors today wouldn't recommend rentingfrom them.

Professional staff that know the law and provide a professional service for tenants and landlords alike. I really feel they care about my properties and my tenants a tough balance to strike - thank you very much appreciated :)

First class experience from start to finish ! I can not recommend this company enough. Unlike my previous experiences of letting agents, this company have truly been brilliant from the start of the Tenancy to the finish. Until just over a week ago, I lived in a property on the Wirral which was rented out for just over 2 years. During which time I found all the staff professional, very knowledgable and polite throughout my Tenancy. Whenever I called to request a repair, they were carried out in a timely manner without any issues whatsoever. I only left the property as I purchased my own. Therefore I can highly recommend ABC property shop to anyone thinking of renting a property now or in the future.

Spoke to a lady in the begining and asked for any details on properties, I found her quite offish and rude. My husband and I looked at a property and put in offer on the weekend, which was accepted, only to be called on Monday mid morning to say that someone else had put a higher bid in would I like to raise mine. Didn't think this was allowed to happen now. Was also told they would send over details for another property, I never got them. Totally lost my faith on this agent. Would not use them

You can tell this is a family business. Great personal touch and they take their time to really show you property properly the first time. I only had to view once as they give me confidence and time during my walk through's to make an informed decision. Thank for for supporting me through the process and also navigating some challenge conversations with the seller following the survey. Very happy with the support and clear communication with my purchase.
