We have used Your Move West Denton to sell two properties now and to purchase 1 property. They are fabulous! We didn't even get valuations from anyone else the second time we used them, we knew they gave an excellent service and a knowledgeable valuation. For me, there are two key things that set them apart from other estate agents in the region: 1. Marketing - The photographs they take of your property are much, much better than other estate agents. Have a look for yourself and you will see. This essentially gets you more viewings than other estate agents. 2. Customer Service - They have such a personal touch, they feel like family. They make an effort to get to know you as a person and treat you as a valued customer. We mainly dealt with Tim, Abby and Ashley. The customer service is second to none, they always answer questions straight away or get back to you as a priority. I got excellent advice when considering offers which wasn't simply about making a sale. Hopefully, we won't be moving again but if we do, we'll definitely be using them again.

We decided to sell our family home after 18 years, we were totally clueless as to how it all worked. Thank goodness we decided to let Your-Move West Denton sell it for us. Tim came out for a valuation and took fabulous pictures. Louise, Ashley and Abbie are very professional and have excellent communication skills with their clients. Property is the most valuable possession you’ll ever come to own on this green earth, and when dealing with it you need to work with competent, proficient, and trustworthy estate agents. The West Denton team have been absolutely excellent from start to finish. Whilst being both professional and personable, Tim, Abi, Ashleigh, and Louise have been our saviours from start to finish in what has been a very big move for us and we will never be able to thank them enough. (P.s we hope they enjoy the flowers, chocolate doughnuts, profiteroles, and Tim’s horrible Decaf tea!)

Reeds Rains Chapel Park were outstanding from the start. Allison carried out the valuation, took fantastic photos which showed the property to its full potential and completed the write up to a really high standard. Since then we’ve been amazed at the effort Allison and Paula put into selling our property and we sold our house in the first week!!!!
