A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. We have sold two houses through Reeds Rains, one just recently. I would never go anywhere else if I needed an agent again. The service we received was second to none and I have to give credit where it is due to Alan Lowden. Alan is excellent at his job, very professional and nothing is too much trouble, Alan is very friendly and I had complete trust in him. The rest of the team are also excellent whenever we needed any help or information they were all helpful. Due to the positive experience we had with Reeds Rains we had no hesitation in recommending them for our daughter and they sold her house within a few weeks. I cannot recommend Reeds Rains enough if you need a professional and efficient agent.

I used Patterson's to supervise my rental property for the last 17 years and they consistently performed outstandingly with excellent supervision of tenants, regulatory requirements, repair management and rent collection. Even better when I sold the property while abroad they managed everything and gave me an outstanding rate of 1% sale fee. Couldn't ask for me. I wish you had agents all over the UK as I need someone in Norfolk! Thank you

Without her we couldn't have secured the house of our dreams. She has been responsive and patient throughout the process.
