I genuinely felt like I was the only client they were dealing with the whole time. Always available on the phone when needed and helped me with lots of advice during the process. Very quick response times, Jack was wonderful in particular, and seemed to respond almost any and all times (I actually think he should consider working less! :)). Only reason I have not given 5 stars is in the property the storage old coal shed is left full of wood/paint cans/cardboard from previous tenant which I will now have to clean out myself and take to the tip and small bedroom still has a children's doodle all over it and hasn't been painted over.

Always ready and happy to assist with everything - including coming at 11pm with electric heaters after the boiler unexpectedly went off.. would highly recommend. Professional service

Have always had good service from Platinum, they have managed and let a number of my properties for a few years and I have never had any issue with them. Friendly and always available for advice as well as helping finding the right tenant and keeping properties in good condition.

I moved into my house on the 1st of April. I love the house I really do. Everything in the office was nice and friendly when i got the keys... perfect! I was pre warned the toilet needed repairing. I accepted that. What i didnt realise tho was it would take over 2 weeks and even now it takes 3 flushes to get rid of my breakfast. Also my main oven has never worked I told them about this straight away and from the 1st of April untill this day its still not fixed. They even had the cheek ask me to take measurements of the kitchen to see what would fit. I work to pay my rent I don't do my job and other peoples. It's been over 4 weeks since I've had any word from them about the oven. Nice people face to otherwise useless. (I dont do things like this normally)

I used Carousel estate agents to sell my house. Told me about the 1% commission they charged and made a huge deal about this. Never once mentioned that this didn't include VAT. So my house sold, and I was charged 1% + VAT which I wasn't expecting. They are very misleading when they are talking about how much commission etc is. So just make sure you know all the small print!!!

Small but mighty - that’s how I would describe this company and boy were we lucky to find them. Highly recommend, their Customer Service is top notch. They helped us find a rental, when we lived 4000 miles away in USA and moved last summer in the midst of Covid. Liz was absolutely first class. Having met Jonny too who is spot on with the needs of renting, it makes me wish we had found this company to rent out our house before we moved to USA. The company we did use cost an arm & a leg but were so so poor, in comparison to Carousel. Brilliant from start to finish. A huge thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️

They've been great so far. Happy to help, and will put the effort in to go out of their way to help. Repairs are taken care of quickly and to a high standard, reasonable requests are accepted and questions answered properly.
