A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. What a shambles from start to finish. Disgusted by the lack of professionalism. They gained all my personal information under false pretences. My son wanted me to be a guarantor on a property. I told Pattinsons I was not a home owner but knowing full well that was a clause in the application let me waste time applying. Then had the cheek to say we had not read the small print. I will never talk to this company again. Beware

I am very pleased with the professionalism of Pattinson estate agents. They were always available to speak to when needed and have always kept me updated so I knew what was going on. When It was time for me to make a move, and change location, I looked at Pattinson Estate Agents Bedlington. This was due, in part, to my Son who had used Pattinson's letting services. When he told me of his pleasant, and helpful, and courteous manner,in which his move was handled, I followed his recommendation and contacted Pattinson in relation to viewing rental property. As house moving is stressful, and a worrying experience, Pattinson have been, and are very helpful, understanding, polite and courteous. They have handled all of my queries and small problems, with a superb attitude, nothing was too much, the concerns, and problems I had, were taken from me, and all the staff handled these, in a way that made me feel happier, because everything was resolved,with seemingly no problems. All the staff, especially "Vicky", have been a credit to the Pattinson team..always polite, caring, courteous,and kind..A pleasure to speak to all the Bedlington staff.

From the first initial valuation Jane was a wealth of knowledge and answered all of our questions professionally which put our nervous minds at ease! The listing of our property was outstanding, the description and photographs showed our home to be extremely appealing. As soon as the property went live we received numerous calls to arrange viewings. Jane sold our home in just 3 days!!! Once we agreed a sale Jane went above and beyond her duties to ensure the sale ran smoothly. She built a great professional relationship with our buyer and ourselves and is extremely trustworthy! She definitely keeps to her word and does everything she can for both parties. (Seller and buyer). We were informed of every step of the way and never had to chase for information. Highly recommend

This is the third time Claire Matthews has moved me, and there's a reason why I return. Claire and the Bedlington team are exceptional communicators, highly efficient, honest and 100% reliable in giving the best attention to the client and the detail. Also fantastic at steadying the nerves of a home buyer. I can't recommend this team enough. Hopefully I wont be moving again any time soon, but if I do - I'll be back! Thank you for all your help.

As well as being professional they were friendly - which helps in a potentially stressful process. In particular they went beyond their normal remit to help resolving an unexpected acute legal process problem near the point of completion.
