Having asked Pattinson's to take on the sale of our house the whole process ran very smoothly. Due to Covid we actually only met Darren who is the Alnwick Branch Manager. He was responsible for the valuation, excellent photos and video of our property. We feel that the video in particular really helped to sell our house. Emily was excellent throughout and kept us regularly informed of progress with the sale. She acted as a conduit between us and our sellers which we were very grateful for. When she was not available Lee stepped in and was also excellent. The whole process was handled very professionally and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Darren and his team.
