I am planning to buy my first home so I approached many estate companies. The most responsive estate agents are from Cameron. I just made a call to inquire about a property which I found on primelocation, very next day Cameron arranged 6 to 7 properties viewing in a day and that was amazing as I didn't had good experience with other estate agents. Special thanks to Simeon and Lucy. Lucy, was very professional and made us quite comfortable while viewing the property.

We have been dealing with this excellent agency in our search for a property to purchase in London. The service has been outstanding and we have been extremely impressed with their willingness to accommodate our last minute viewing requests. Whenever we requested more information, it arrived promptly and Clive and Victoria have been extremely helpful in supporting our search. Lucy accompanied us to two viewings and we were extremely impressed with her professional and friendly manner. She was always up to date with our requirements and nothing was too much trouble. We can highly recommend this agency, they really set the standard and many of their competitors don't come close.

From the first day I got in contact with the branch I had great results. Once I started to work with them to look for my new home, Lucie was very helpful and honest, while showing us the properties, that helped us to decide in what where looking for. On further occasions, Simeon has been the excellent sales agent. He has been very helpful, and on top of everything . From the buyer point of view, he has been very professional, knew everything we wanted to know and always been in contact with us when we needed assistance.

I have been buying a house through Cameron and have to take the time to write a review (which I never do). I have spoken to a few members of the team over the past few months, but have to give a special shout out to Lucie and Victoria who have been excrptional in their tenacity, patience and delivery. They are professional, they keep me updated, they kept looking and looking and have good humour and personality with it. On one occasion, Lucie even doubled back for my viewing so my patents could see a house with me when she didn't have to. Such commitment and such a nice person. Would have no doubt recommending them to anyone if you want good service and fairness when buying.

David Mauzhendi was so helpful with finding a new place to live. He helped us secure the house swiftly, against a lot of competition, even staying after hours to make sure that my partner and I were the ones to get the house! He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered any question we had efficiently. My partner and I could not attend a viewing as we lived across the country, however David offered to give us a virtual tour that same day, allowing us to be able to secure the property before anyone else. David went above and beyond while helping us secure a beautiful home and even secured a bed for the property! Big thank you to David and Romans for helping us throughout the moving process and helping us find the perfect home! 100% recommend!

Excellent service from Alf in the lettings department at Romans and also from Heather who is our property manager. She is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries or issues. Altogether a very efficient and professional service. Would definitely recommend to landlords looking for a reliable, reputable agent to manage their property.

I had an excellent experience with Romans Letting & Estate Agency West Drayton. I was lucky enough to have been under the wings of Mr David Mauzhendi​. He is a person that shown professionalism during each step of the renting process. I love how he clarified to me and my partner what we need to do to tent the property, how it will look like and how long it will take. For someone renting for the first time my experience with Romans and Devon Horne-Seabridge in particular has been excellent. Devon was very helpful right from the outset, and helped guide me through the referencing and put me in a great position to move into my new flat. I used Whitley estate agents based on recommendation from a friend who used them to rent out their flat. From the outset I could sense they were different from the agents I had used in the past. Mark with whom I first made contact provided all the information I requested and I felt no pressure to appoint them to manage my flat. They are knowledgeable about the regulations surrounding the rental property market and guided me on several challenging aspects. They pre-vetted prospective tenants so when I did interview any interested party I knew they were potential tenants. In fact the first people I interviewed are now my tenants! I found Whitley flexible enough to accept flat-specific wording in the AST and were quite accurate in what needed to be done to make the property more saleable. Of note is the use of a 360 degree interactive video of the flat which gives any viewer a very good picture of the property. I am happy with the interaction and responsiveness to date and look forward to a continued professional relationship with them.

I recently bought a house in East Acton through Savoy and they have been excellent. It was a complicated and long drawn out process and Paul made it as stress free as possible. Always contactable and friendly, he did not show it to any other buyers even when my first mortgage fell through. Paul and Tommy are very trustworthy and considering that this happened during a pandemic it is an absolute credit to them that it happened at all. Highly recommend using them.

Stay away at all cost. They have lied to us about a buyer just so we didn't accept another offer. At the end, they had no-one and we lost on the place we were due to buy. They will lie to you making you believe anything. Just con artists....

Terrible dodgy estate agency. Fake tenancy contracts. Stay away from them. They will steal your money and offer you an unsafe place, as it happened to me. Disgusting.

In almost 30 years of buying ,selling and renting both residential and commercial property I can safely say that Hiltons have the most appalling customer service I have encountered. I called them to request a financial statement on my property, despite repeated conversations with Uzma who deals with these , it's now been two weeks and I am still waiting for a simple report that any accounting software would generate in a matter of minutes . SHAMEFUL !!!
