3 letting agents in Woodside

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!! PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE DECIDING ANYTHING. THEY ARE THE WORST AGENCY EVER. THEY DO NOT RESPOND ON TIME, THEY ARE THIEVES AND THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE FULL PERSPECTIVE OF AN ACCOMMODATION (FOR EXAMPLE THEY SAID CLEANERS COMES TWICE A WEEK TO CLEAN THE COMMUNAL AREAS HOWEVER THAT IS NOT THE CASE BECAUSE THE TOILET AND BATHROOM CONSTANTLY DIRTY AND THE WALLS OF THE ACCOMMODATION HAD WEIRD DARK MARKS ON IT REGULARLY, THIS WAS THE ACCOMMODATION IN 29 COURTFIELD GARDENS). I KNOW THEY ADVOCATE FOR THE LANDLORD HOWEVER, WHENEVER YOU SPEAK TO THEM ABOUT AN ISSUE THEY DO NOT RESPOND ON TIME OR GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE. I ASKED THEM TO PROVIDE ME WITH A LETTER TO CONFIRM THAT I INFACT LIVE IN THE ACCOMMODATION TO UPDATE MY UNIVERSITY STATUS BUT I NEVER RECEIVED AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS TO THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY (MY DOOR LOCK BROKE THE MINUTE I MOVED IN AND THEY DIDN'T SORT IT OUT UNTIL I LITERALLY HAD TO FORCE THEM TO MOVE OUT AND THEY ONLY LET ME DO THAT A WEEK AFTER). THE WHOLE ACCOMMODATION IS TRASH, TOTALLY A WASTE OF MONEY AND THE AGENT/LANDLORD ARE THIEVES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY THAT IS HOW BAD THEY ARE. THE WORST OF THE WORST IS THAT THEY WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR DEPOSIT NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THEY DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE THE ONES AT FAULT AND THEY DON'T TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION YOUR EXPLANATIONS. WHEN YOU ASKED THEM TO PROVIDE YOU INFORMATION FOR THE DEPOSIT INSURANCE THEY USED THEY WOULD STOP REPLYING TO YOUR EMAILS AND THAT'S AFTER THEY HAVE SENT BACK HALF OF YOUR DEPOSIT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR BREATH ON THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE THE WORST, DO NOT LET THE LOCATION PERSUADE YOU INTO DOING SOMETHING YOU WOULD REGRET. YOU ARE WELCOME TO SPEAK TO THE OTHER TENANTS THAT ALSO WENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY THAT STILL LIVES IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND THEY WOULD CONFIRM THIS. NOT ONE OF THE TENANTS ARE HAPPY WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSITS AND STOP RESPONDING TO YOUR MESSAGES. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD THAT IS HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE. THEY ARE SOO BAD THAT THE AGENT THAT SHOWED ME THE PLACE THE FIRST TIME LEFT AND SHE EVEN APPOLOGISED TO ME BEFORE SHE LEFT. THAT IS THE EXTENT OF HOW BAD THAT WHOLE AGENCY IS. YOU CANNOT EVEN CONTACT ANYONE (INCLUDING MAINTENANCE) LIKE IT ALL HAS TO BE VIA EMAILS AND THEN THEY TAKE 5-10 WORKING DAYS TO ANSWER. I have uploaded some taster pictures of the state of the accommodation. Do not let the location fool you, the accommodation itself is not to a great standard and it is not worth it at all. THEY PROBABLY PAID PEOPLE TO LIE ON THEIR REVIEWS AND GIVE THEM 5 STARS OR THEY ARE SIMPLY BOTS.

We just bought a flat in South Ken through Interlet and the experience was extremely positive. Federico was the selling agent and was very professional and worked all through the Covid and Xmas time to show the house and answer our questions. Great service and experience.

Huge thanks to Interlet, especially Alexa, for making my stay in London absolutely delightful. I was in need of an apartment in March 2020 and signed a contract just two days after my first call to Interlet. The apartment in Kensington was just as lovely as shown in the pictures which made me sign right away. The people at Interlet have been fantastic in regards of communication and helpful in any topic. If I'm returning to London I know exactly who I will contact again. Can recommend Interlet to anyone interested in living in west London, you won't be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with Interlet and the rep Alicia Lubeck. She was a total pro and handled a difficult job as were placing three high level actresses and a director into short term housing during the pandemic. Couldn't have hoped for a better outcome! Would use Alicia and Interlet again for sure.

Would never use this company, exceptionally rude. Never calls back and ignores emails. The lady who runs the company was so rude, how do rubbish companies like this survive!
