Absolutely brilliant! We had a very complex and long chain which had to be handled with great care and professionalism. From instruction to viewings, negotiating the sale price, sale progression through to exchange / completion, Ilshad and Chris were amazing in their support and knowledge. I want to say that the lettings negotiator was always polite and courteous. However the way in which they communicate with potential tenants is extremely poor. I saw a property on line . Immediately Bulent called to arrange viewing . Attended viewing . Liked property . In the mean time I emailed the property manager. I had various queries regarding proof of earnings as my husband is self employed . I also made enquiries regarding a guarantor . The property manager did not respond . Back and forth the home owner wanted to meet me. I attended meet. I verbally confirmed I would be ready in a couple of weeks. Owner nodded confirm understood. Easter Holliday to follow . After Easter Bulent makes contact saying need deposit and paper work. I submit maybe not on the actual day, as I am home with a three and four year old . Husband is a key worker and is always on call as a gas engineer . Get a anxious call from Bulent telling me that there are others interested in the property . His voice raised however not rude. Told him can’t go any faster than I am . Transfer done . Docs handed in by husband. My husband is told the paper work has to stay in the office for the landlord to scrutinise ! This is not professional as the agent is there for that purpose . Husband comes home . I advise he go back and take Original documents back. Told no Bulent out of office . Husband makes various calls which are not returned . I call no response . Eventually receive a text Landlord not comfortable with my offer as I am not responsive ! Firstly I was attempting to be responsive . I am 43 and not 5, I have worked in a role within a estate agent in the city , I am aware of what is needed . From the start I advised Bulent would need a guarantor as my husband self employed and I am furloughed . Told don’t need . I emailed the property manager chasing the email with links to complete credit check ignored ! The agent clearly do not follow ethics . I am a homeowner, as well as a potential tenant who has experience in dealing with rentals and sales . Really disappointed in both the agent as well as the so called Landlord. Really bad . I was until today thinking maybe lack of contact means all going ahead . In between all this, I have had personal issues. I did not let this get in the way and was running around best I can. I don’t drive, have small children and still managed to ponder to the landlords ego! Communication is key and should be two ways . Potential tenants should be held With regard as they are the ones who help landlords make a profit . My emails , calls ignored . My husbands calls Not returned and yet we are the ones accused of not being responsive .

What a great renting experience. Dabora have been perfect managing agents and have provided the service for the flat I rented for over 3 years. Any problems that arose were dealt with quickly by good knowledgable trades people. Very friendly and helpful staff, would like to mention Darren in particular has been amazing at sorting any problems that come up. Cant recommend these guys enough. If you get a chance to get a service from these guys then rest assured it will be good.

If you imagine welcoming and smiling faces, you will get that. But wait? Did you think I was going to praise them? If so then why the one star? Why? Because these people lie through their teeth and smile through their teeth. Honestly, I didn't think I'd ever come across such an unprofessional agency in my life. No matter how nice they seem on the phone, no matter how nice a viewing goes- do not think that you got the place with these people. No matter how much they tell you they will call you TOMORROW AND LET YOU KNOW, do not believe these people. Because the truth is that you will be waiting the next day for the phone call which will never come. And lets say you do call them to ask what's up? What happened? You were meant to call and reply? Heh. They lie again and say that they don't have a response yet. And imagine this happening for the next three weeks of waiting ,you having to chase them with calls. How degrading it makes you feel for being so disrespected by the very people that are meant to help you and advise you. I'd still be forgiving to this point but im not. I called them the last time about the same property which they so nicely talked to me about and showed me around three weeks before, only for them to say that the landlord was renovating the property suddenly. They said they'd call the next day and arrange an appointment to look at finance. Well that call never came and i was not surprised, because at that point that agency was a lost cause. I think that if you have blocks of money and are willing to get tossed around emotionally then go on and get help from these people. Because money and business is all they seem to see. Unsurprisingly the place still is not rented a month later despite it being popular. Weird much? If you think so then you're on the right track.

Once you land in General Accommodations as tenant your miserable life start, they hosting mainly cowboy, unreliable and convicted landlords. Just like many Estate agents and landlords in London!!!!

!!!!!!!!!ALERT!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT WITH THESE GUYS I REPEAT DO NOT RENT WITH THEM..... THERE IS A GUY CALLED GEORGE WHO IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IN THE WAY HE HANDLES HIS CLIENTS...AVOID THIS PIG!!!!! There is no emergency number for emergencys out of hours its 9.15am and i still cant get through to the office when opening time is 9am i have been left with no electric for 24 hours all my frozon food and fridge food is not edible nothing will be done to rectifiy this im registered disabled person with limited funds. I have complained about a smell in the property coming from the toilet and sinks that hasnt been addressed i still have a infestation of ants. I have a nabour in the same block who is abusive/aggressive when sees me he has commented about my gay relationships ect and wont leave me alone he has superglued my buzzer and doesnt stop leaving continueous notes on the front door and he has now tampered with my electricity box. He smokes drugs in the property and its against his tenency and yet nothing has been done about it. Im absolutely discusted i have lived in propertys like this before and never had any problems since i was 16 this has got to be the worst experiance ever!!! I have been evicted from the property and am due to leave Monday I have asked for 7 days to come back and remove my stuff I have been refused access to my stuff the only reason I'm being evicted is because they are assisting drug cultivating in the property and I had the police round to remove the grow the min I did that they filed for eviction they don't fix any thing wrong in the property either no matter how many times I call i have a leak in the roof and it's been left for 3 months I highly recommend you do not RENT WITH general accomadation estates save yourself the hassle this is the worst place I have ever stayed!!!!!!!!

I have been for 12 years renting with General Accommodation and we have moved to 3 different places with them. They are extremely helpful, polite, professional and they always helped us when we needed them, including George, who is very reliable and respectful. We never had any issue with them and they have dedicated a lot of their time to help us. Now that we had to move to another agency outside Enfield we really miss them and we regret having moved away. I had read a bad review here and I am very surprised at this as it doesn’t reflect the truth that I know from them all these years.

Chris and the rest of his team at GA are really approachable, great at communicating and extremely capable of getting things done - they have always gone above and beyond to help us resolve any issues, quickly and efficiently. We used Peter Graff estate agents to sell my mother's house, once she moved to a care home. They couldn't have been more helpful or more efficient. The Peter Graff staff took us through all the steps involved. They advised on repairs & refurbishment, they took photos and wrote descriptions. The advised us expertly on asking price and were brilliant negotiators. When we agreed a sale, the staff chased anyone who needed to be prompted to expedite the sale. They clearly have a great deal of local property knowledge and sales expertise. But, just as important, you know that they will "go the extra mile" for their client.

Used Peter Graff when selling my property, the service they offered was far superior to the estate agents we used to buy our next property. They kept us up to date every step of the way, chased solicitors and estate agents to help keep the process moving. It was the first time I have bought and sold and I found their advice very helpful and they were always on hand to answer my questions - and there were many. The after sale care has been good too, they happily acted as a contact with the new occupants as a parcel had been sent to the old address. I intend to use Peter Graff the next time I choose to upgrade my property.
