Really happy with our Jackson-Stops experience. We had spent weeks viewing very disappointing properties in Wimbledon with many other estate agents...if only we had contacted Jackson-Stops from the beginning! Recently dealt with Brinkley’s for the first time and was so impressed with how easy both Ben and Amelia made the whole process for us. We viewed the property we liked and the paperwork was signed sealed and delivered in less than a week. We had a lot of questions and Ben was always so quick to answer them. I have worked with Hamptons over a number of years now ,on both aspects of the business, sale and lettings. Always extremely happy with the outcome and a pleasure to deal with a professional and efficient team. We recently needed to find a tenant in a relatively short period of time and the deal was closed with all checks and and due diligence done very rapidly. Absolutely fantastic service. Unlike any estate agent we have used before. Really cannot recommend highly enough. Myself and my partner had a very small time frame to get a new place sorted due to notice periods and personal circumstances. Alison and Jess bent over backwards to help. Alison was able to get out and show us the property with very little notice. Jess was superb. Very personable and responsive throughout. Was always there to help and felt like she genuinely cared about helping us make this as easy as possible. Finally Natasha was able to push everything through for us and was incredibly efficient. Very helpful and really think she went above and beyond what was expected. They say moving house is meant to be one of the most stressful experiences but this was a pleasure. Can’t thank them enough for helping make what could and probably should have been a really difficult time remarkably easy.

From the get-go Knight Frank (and in particular Tom Cope) were always considerate, efficient and open in their dealings with me selling my property. The pre Brexit market was pretty stagnant but they never lost optimism I would get a sale - which I did within 3 months of putting my property on the market. Given the state of the market at the time that is pretty good going. Tom then meticulously guided me through the process and his colleagues were always available to answer queries also. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Diana and Harriet were those of the team most involved with our house sale. Diana is very experienced and, with this quality, brought great calm and expertise to the process. She is highly professional and worked with us to ensure that only those who might be appropriate purchasers were brought to view. She and Harriet, whose client became the purchaser, negotiated extremely well, thoroughly and fairly, for all parties. Harriet ensured that exchange took place in a timely manner. She liaised excellently between us, our purchasers, the legal teams and, when necessary, with the agent for the property we were purchasing as our new home. We have moved a number of times during our forty three years as Wimbledon residents. This was our first experience of the Knight Frank team. Beware, Have used Japan UK and unfortunately I had nothing but trouble and issues with them over a wide area of things. In the end they cost me an awful a lot of time and money.I wish I had never come across them. Totally unprofessional , Beware.

Awful letting agency, my only recommendation to you is that you avoid using this agency at all costs. Agreed at the start of the tenancy that we would employ cleaners and clean the property as it was in less than perfect condition. In exchange no cleaning costs would be incurred by us on vacating the flat. When we left 18 months later, Japan UK had no record of this and we were charged several hundred pounds. In addition the inventory clerk they employ is the rudest and most unpleasant person I've dealt with in a professional environment. After several phone calls and emails complaining to Japan UK about their service, the owner finally said, "I've spoken to X in the office and yes, he does remember you having access to clean the property before the tenancy started..." He still wouldn't refund our money and seemed unable to comprehend why, having ripped us off for £320 we would be unhappy. This agency should really be featured on BBC's Watchdog programme.

A disgusting mix of bigotry, toxic people, very questionable business practices. patronizing ''property managers'' whom only job is to do nothing and stress you out until you give up...but always happy to point fingers to make up something to steal your deposit. For me it was 150 pounds divided as follow: -> 100 for ''inventory check'' -> 50 to pay for...an extra day (I pay on the 25th moved out on the 25th and offered to moved at 11:59 of the 24th) no matter what you do this pirates will still find an excuse to steal your money. For me was: -> 3 plus months sleeping in the living room as they could fix a large humidity patch in the bedroom -> zero maintenance -> constant bully- type behavior -> Rats infestations from day 0, no maintenance prior getting in, filthy conditions of the property the day I moved in. Pictures of the property coming soon so people can appreciate what I am talking about.
