I HAD THE SAME SITUATION MY DEPOSIT SCHEME, AND IT HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED TILL THIS VERY DATE 2020, FOR MORE THEN TWO YEARS SINCE MAY 2018, I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS AND EVERY CONVERSATIONS TO PROVE. Empire Estates Willesden Green helped to finally moved into my own studio. They know the area very well and the agent was very helpful the whole time. Regal estate lettings agency are simply first class. I have full management for my property and have been extremely happy with their service. I can totally trust their expertise and professionalism to run my property smoothly and am only contacted when completely necessary - which is exactly why I have chosen Regal. The Management team and staff are friendly, supportive and nothing is too much trouble - they certainly go the extra mile. We have been renting with Regal for the last 3 years and we couldn't ask for more from a letting agent. Our property manager Charlotte is wonderful and always gets back to us with any queries or issues we have. Another important addition is that all of the staff have been really lovely and professional. I would, and have recommended Regal to family and friends. We were also so lucky to find such a beautiful property.

I have now been using Regal for over two years and find them extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I personally email them instead of phoning (my choice) so have to wait until their reply but they go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I use Charlotte from Lettings as it’s easier to have one point of call and I honestly cannot fault any dealings I’ve had with her. Highly recommend this company. Keep up the good work

I know it’s cheeky but whenever I call up I always ask to speak to Gillian Taylor in the sales team! She’s always so helpful and friendly. I’m sure all the staff are lovely to be fair. No question is too daft and I’m never made to feel like a pest. I’ve recommended them to a few friends and family members now who have been exceptionally happy with the service they’ve received. I truly feel like it’s the people that make a company successful! People buy people at the end of the day (and properties!)

Horrendous company, moved into an expensive grimy flat in Willesden Green for my second year of university, only to find many broken appliances that were never fixed and bedbug ridden mattresses that apparently were “good enough quality”for us to move in. The kick in the teeth is that we were then charged for replacement mattresses on leaving for apparent “stains” which is frankly rubbish if they assumed the mouldy infested mattresses we moved into were fine by their standards, clearly just stealing their money back from vulnerable students for forcing them to step up and do their job properly This is without mentioning the water and electricity both shutting on and off with no warning during winter months due to neglect and lack of maintenance and the constant mouse problem that persisted from our arrival to our departure despite our best efforts Avoid at all costs these guys are con men and will take advantage of you if they can, me and my flat mate left the flat in a cleaner more respectable state than what we moved into, having made sure ourselves there was no mould grime or bedbugs That diddnt stop them from keeping their grubby little fingers tightly wrapped around as much of our deposit as they could lie their way into. Leading me to many troubles affording accommodation for my third year of university, not that these vermin actually care.

Hello everyone. Today I would like to share my opinion on the Diamond Estate Agency. I am renting an apartment from this agency and I am very pleased with the use of their services. Very competent, professional and friendly service. They reply to messages and solve the problem really quickly (Monday-Friday). Ready to help. If someone is looking for a flat or house, I really recommend the Diamond Estate Agency because it is worth it.

Worst estate agent I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been calling them almost 4 weeks straight about viewing a property. Always stating they will call me back, they never call me back. I’ve message via their website, called probably more than 15times, not once did they ever get back to me. They say they will give me a call, but really they never do, not once. I even asked to speak to their manager, still not even a call back. I even gave an offer for a property, did not get back to me or even seem like they took note of it. Extremely unprofessional, terrible communication, poor customer service. I personally would never use them to sale my house. The worse.

I am very happy with the service milestone estate agents have provided. They have found me a property in less than a week and they are very professional in their approach; especially tom. Tom is very friendly and has always kept me in the loop and has provied a fantastic service.

I have given my property for full management with Milestone for several months now and am so far very happy with the service they provide. The manager David initially came to the property and stood out from all the other agents as the most trustworthy and reliable. Our property manager Gabriel is very responsive to both emails and calls and I feel my property is in safe hands with him. I have had experience with a bad agent before so it's refreshing to be dealing with a professional, communicative company which takes the worry out of letting a very important asset to me and my family.

Easy Rental Process with Knowledgeable, Experienced and Friendly Staff.

The "lady" "receptionist" is always rude No idea why they keep her She should be fired because she is not professional At all They never answer you if you need something

NEVER MOVE INTO A FAT MANAGED BY INNER STATE. Very poor service. We moved into one of the flats they manage (2 years ago). Apparently the landlord did carry out the conversion of the house into flats without permissions (which we did find out 2 months after moving in and because we chased the council a lot). We were asked to move out after 4 months living in. The communication with Inner State was very poor and didn't want to take responsibility as a representatives of the landlord. Now after 2 years, we have found out that we have a liability against the council tax since then because the flat was never registered while we lived there and the bill was issued 5 months after we moved out (Inner state never mentioned this to the council). Now we have to pay the liability plus a fee of £200 on top for late payment when we didn't even know about it.

9 times on 10 are unresponsive or ignore tenants requests. They chase you only if you delay rent. Very unhappy

I would highly recommend Inner Estate. We've been renting flat form them and had no issues at all. Quick respond if we needed help or advice. Very professional, friendly and HELPFUL staff. If we ever come back to Willesden we will definitely rent or buy from Inner Estate. Thank you!

The only agency I found willing to help tenants like myself on Universal credit. They helped me find a property, and helped me with my application. I had been to over 30 agencies, all of whom refused to help me, if it wasn't for Imran and the guys at marble sales and lettings i would be homeless today.
