A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Don’t believe these new fake reviews this company has decided to right them. Useless agency which works out of Bromley and luckily they don’t have many properties on so you should Dodge the bullet with them, unfortunately my son found out the hard way and dealt with Mr Cody and Candace who show and demonstrate how not to run a business. 25 years in business but one office , massive staff turn over and it seems they don’t look after staff as well as customers. Stay clear don’t by into these fakes reviews as you can see within 2 days of posting 2 bad reviews they seem to get 3 amazing reviews considering they haven’t had 1 review in months. Thank me later.

We recently sold our house with Phil Coady. We were delighted with the whole process which ran really smoothly to a successful quick completion, selling for asking price. Phil was the perfect agent; always available to answer questions or for advice. He was professional, able to resolve issues (which inevitably came up along the way) quickly. He has a great network (put us in touch with a local solicitor who was able to act fast) and has fantastic local knowledge. Look no further, you will not find better than Phil Coady! I am 64 years old and have a fair few house moves under my belt. Never have I come across an estate agent like Phil Coady. When mum's dementia meant she could no longer live alone, she came to live with myself and my husband, quite a distance from Bromley. It was proving an incredibly difficult and stressful time and Phil went above and beyond to minimize any stress for us. Throughout the whole process he supported us with the legal stuff and a couple of problems that we encountered. He picked up on a fault with the water system and arranged for the repair to be done. He went in every couple of days to water the plants (mum's pride and joy), and sent post down regularly! When we talked to him about a skip to clear the many years of accumulated rubbish, he suggested a man with a van, job done. Very efficiently at reasonable cost. I asked whether he knew a cleaner, and he arranged for her to go in after we moved the furniture out, also at reasonable cost. We met as strangers but when the business was concluded, I felt we parted company as friends.
