Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

I am currently with Atkinson Mcleod and there is nothing I can complain! Harry dealt with the sales procedure with me, he was extremely patient, answered all of my questions even after his working hours. when I needed to measure the flat for furniture fitting, he took me into the flat for second viewing without hesitation. All of my requirements were communicated to landlord smoothly even I changed my requirements sometimes for the last minute. Given the full schedules of his work, Harry helped me as much as he can, and everything were done on time before I move in. Their account manager Lauren is also very kind, helped me with electricity and water issues, and calls back when there is misunderstanding in communication. Highly recommend!

A review for the letting team at Atkinson McLeod Hackney office. Great team, attentive and professional. A special mention for Charlie Hodge who kept me informed every step of the way and was at hand for every query I had. Found excellent tenants just a week after marketing the flat. Thank you.

As a tenant in one of their rental properties, Ben and the whole team at Atkinson McLeod have been brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Communicative, professional, and incredibly friendly, they have dealt with everything extremely well and very quickly, meaning the whole rental process has been painless. Thank you all for such great service!

Placed an offer on a Commercial road property. The agent Shah vanished from a horizon after paying holding deposit, had to chase main office for landlord’s decision. Few days later I was told my offer was accepted. And then after few days I got a call confirming that my offer was declined. The ad stayed in Gumtree.

This agency is a joke. Nobody showed up at the appointment we arranged (even though they CONFIRMED it just a few hours before), took any of my calls, called me back or replied to any of my messages. What's worse is that they were aware that I'm not based in London, and therefore wasted my time and money for the trip to London without any apology. Not worth a minute of your time...

Claremont Estates was really helpful with finding us a high quality apartment in a great location. Sajid our agent was always very responsive, professional and friendly and was a pleasure to deal with throughout our whole lease. I would highly recommend both Sajid and the whole team at Claremont Estates for an excellent service.

Very friendly and local agency, they know the area very well and offer some very affordable properties. I would recommend this agency for students especially. They are easy to reach via phone and even text and they are very understanding of situation changes.

We have had 2 flats managed by KF, and in both case we have been really disappointed. I am also a landlord in France and if my property manger was doing the same job, I would fire them right away. 1st experience: During our holidays, they send some workers to our flat to do electrical compliance work (with our consent). When we came back, the flat was in really bad condition : full of dust, stuff has been moved, black shoes marks on a white balustrade and last but not least they left hole in the ceiling near where the spots they changed. It took more than 20 emails with KF to resolved all this mess. 2nd experience: recent moved in. The flat was in a really bad condition, not clean, bin not emptied, holes in the wall, blind broken, bed not delivered on time...issues still under discussion with KF but it should have never happen this way. Basically, this is a wonderful flat that has been poorly managed by KF and his now depreciated...this is a shame for the landlord and the tenants.

Simon and his team were exceptionally professional and committed throughout a difficult transaction. They were by far the best agents in a long chain and I would thoroughly recommend them.

The team at Knight Frank were exceptional. Simon and Aaron provided a top quality service for us. They were always available for discussion and gave us sensible advice throughout the whole sale process. We felt in good hands at all times. They were professional and good humoured which is essential in the real estate business and also encouraging and realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend them for City Sales.

I have a great experience with Knight Frank Aldgate, especially with Taylor. He helped me rent an apartment and he is very professional and helpful. My rental application was processing around mid-December, the period when lots of holidays were going on but there's no delay in my application at all and I got to move in on January as planned. Big thanks to him. After the move in, any problems I have, Taylor responses promptly. I'm totally happy with the house and the services. Strongly recommended this agency.

At a time when the market in Clerkenwell had pretty much hit the buffers and my property had been on the market for some months elsewhere with not a lot of viewings, I moved instructions to Simon Boulton who I had known for some time. I was very happy indeed with the service I got from Simon especially but also from his colleague James. I particularly valued the healthy and respectful debate which would regularly take place between myself and Simon and the fact that as a result we were able to work so well together. The consequence was that within a few months we had a surge in viewings and very happily a completed sale. I would thoroughly recommend Simon and his team especially James.

Stay away from this dodgy estate agency company. They do not care about you they will take your deposit at the end of your tenancy. They will never help you or let Maintenance know that there are issues where you are renting. Also the manager sends out disgusting emails swearing at customers I have copies of his name is Ripon, Also Christopher who works for them lies about council tax. Ripon has had a charge on his property and business from HSBC bank. Please avoid this company at all cost.

Scam! We booked a viewing last week on Thursday with this agency by calling them at 11am, I assume it's not an early time, we waited in front of the house for half an hour and nobody came. We tried to call the office all day long however, nobody answered or called us back. Im happy that we didn't see the house or decided to rent, we would maybe loose our money as well. I don't know if they are really doing this job but because of it happened to me, I have to warn you about that. Just be careful.

Cosmopolitan Homes took over my flat that was managed by another agency that had a dispute with the landlord and left the flat with our (me and my 4 flatemates) deposits. Cosmopolitan homes was very understanding and accepted that we do not pay another deposit, although they had nothing to do with all the mess. They also managed to sort the internet whose contract was ended by the previous agency. I had no issue with them. Flexible, responsive.

Very Professional - had their masks on - kept to social distancing rules and made us feel very comfortable. We secured a house and have moved in and the agency were helpful enough to make all the arrangements to even have our furniture delivered and let the movers in. Great Service.

The services provided by Hurford Salvui Carr have been impeccable throughout the whole process. I would personally be happy to recommend Ellis (in the Aldgate East office) for any enquiry you might have on any of their properties. His transparency, efficiency and quick responses have helped me finding the best accommodation even if I was not in London. Thank you all, and Ellis in particular, and hope you will keep up the good job for your future tenants.

Elena was professional, friendly, efficient and most of all very helpful in helping us find the perfect new home to rent! After missing out on other nice flats and seeing many disappointing ones through other agents, Elena found us a flat that met our budget and ticked all the boxes. I’d highly recommend Elena to anyone looking for something to rent, her communication was excellent and she always made sure to update us on any changes. Thank you Elena - we are enjoying our new home very much!

I tried to sell my property near Brick Lane. Complete waste of time with this farcical "Fawlty Towers" set-out. Awful customer service. Manager is completely unreliable and disorganised. This place should market itself as an Experience Day for people to experience what an estate agent in Bangladesh is like.

Terrible Flats. Bery high price. Very Noisy area. You wont be able to sleep well. It feels you live in the same room with other people as you can hear everyone in their rooms. The beds are so cheap and often I got backpain. There are sometimes rats and spiders. Internet is terrible and they ignore you all the time. Go find somewhere else not for them. They are rude arrogant and dodgy.

That's the worst agency ever. After couple of years renting from them and always paying rent on time, they do not refund my deposit. Do not reply of any of my emails. Do not rent from them.

Alicja Jonca, 19 Aug 2020

They literally won't rent me a property because I am a new business owner. I saw the property, put in an offer and sent my bank statements. They said the referencing company declined my application due to inconsistent funds going into the account, which is because it is a very new business and why I have a guarantor. They said the guarantor forms would take a week to come back and so they didn't see the point of submitting them as they had other people viewing the flat and it would be gone by then. There is nothing I could have done to secure renting a property because they aren't willing to submit guarantor papers. What it shows is it is a lazy company with no interest in local enterprise or the community, which can only be bothered to do the bare minimum for the minimum result. There are a lot of estate agents out there, don't risk working with this one.

We rented a studio trough them. The communication/contracting went down pretty fast. When we moved in we had some things we didn't like, a bit of damp and cleaning issues but it Was sorted promptly. The five star review is not because we didn't have any problem ,is for their ability and willingness to fix it.Rumana did a great job she helped us a lot.
