From moving in to moving out of our flat, our experience with Nathan Andrews Estates was excellent. We moved into our place during the COVID-19 pandemic, and while we were told by other letting agencies that the process would be complicated, Nathan Andrews was able to handle the transition safely, professionally, and with ease. Whenever there was something in the flat that needed attending to, Nathan Andrews was able to get someone to look at it in almost no time at all. Finally, the staff at Nathan Andrews were also helpful in assisting us with our move out of the flat. To summarize, all of the staff (in particular, Abu) were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking to let or rent a flat.
