We were not able to fly into London due to Covid, but Alice actively provided a lot of information on the ground to assist us through the decision making process. Her diligent follow up also made the transaction possible within a tight timeline.

Do not send your pride and joy to live here without seeing it for yourself. Excellent location, other than that awful! Dirty kitchen and shared lounge. Very run down. When we asked about urgent maintenance, the response was "I'm here 6pm till 10pm". No external or additional maintenance staff.

I stated there one year ago for mandatory reasons. I had to leave my home accommodation immediately and my English course managers found this awful place for me. At that time I couldn't deal with living in the U.K. Because of my language skills. So had to accept what I'd been offered. So I'd been over charged. In the past I used to feel upset when tourists had been overcharged by our tradespeople in Turkey but now not especially British tourists. Anyway about this place there is only one good thing is location. All other things were just disaster. Bad management, bad atmosphere, poor kitchen conditions and annoying neighbors in that place. For example when you are watching tv in the hall someone can come and turn off the tv without your permission. I had to stay there in that time but now never.

I believe this place called Clydesdale House is welcoming accommodation, I moved here to stay for a year So I could finish what's left of uni. I first was nervous but as soon as I spoke to the staff, they made me feel calm and in comfort, made great friends with everyone living there. the location was amazing, quiet and everything was close from restaurants to clothing stores. The price was a reasonable amount. And the room was great and had its own ensuit room unlike other accommodations you'd had to share bathrooms which I did not like. I hope the staff see this and remember me ;)
