Alex and James have really in-depth knowledge of the area and the business. We were so impressed by wealth of knowledge Alex possesses on all the details from the houses to the council rules, which are extremely important to help both home buyers and investors. James has helped throughout the entire purchase process, he kindly stepped in every step, with both the bank and the solicitor. There had never been a week when he was not helping to call either one or both parties. He was able to communicate with people in very polite and effective way and truly facilitates the entire process. I stayed for 9 years in a property let & managed by "Shaws Kensington", and all in all my experience with this agency was very positive, for which I'm grateful. Throughout all this long period they were very professional, diligent and efficient, and responded very quickly to any problem arising in the few cases when it mattered. In particular, they were very decent in dealing with my deposit upon checking out. Unlike the previous letting agencies I dealt with, they seem to be aware that their tenants are living people.

I've had a great experience with Lawson Rutter, I contacted them on Monday and arranged to view a property for rent on the same day. I met Lisa at the property, she was very friendly and helpful. I knew straight away the property suited everything I required. Within around 24 hours, I had an offer accepted, paper work signed and arranged to collect keys on the Saturday. Lisa was very helpful throughout the process, very responsive to emails and phone calls, double checking to ensure I had received various emails requiring further information. George Reeves handled my move in and was very helpful and responsive during the whole process, he was always there to answer my questions and provide helpful information. A few mix ups (including the time of move on the moving day) but nothing major, just a bit stressful on the day of the move! Other than that, everything was run very smoothly and I've had a really positive experience with JLL and George - a package that was delivered to my new flat has been stolen though and that hasn't been resolved yet, so I will continue to find out what has happened. The worst agency ever. 1- they want to sign me a contract which is, 6 month notice period to quite, illogical, disgusting, discriminating. 2- their properties are too small and dirty, simply you can not move your head, you will feel like in a prison. 3- prices are too high, and if you proceed to the rent there is a lot of hidden charges and fees, which will makes you surprise.

It was a great pleasure to get a service from such a professional, kind, understanding agency. I highly recommend them.

This is the best agency to cooperate with! The staff is very professional and the properties they rent are in proper condition, unlike other flats in London. There are never issues with heating and hot water. Colet Estates quickly responds to any enquiries the tenants have and send workers to fix the necessary repairs.
